I got an email : " Valued XXXX client, Your Litecoin deposit of XXXX LTC ( worth {$13000.00} USD ) completed successfully but was not moved from your Coinbase account to XXXX. Please view your account to double check your deposit and manually move your funds to XXXX. - The XXXX Team " Went to Coinbase acct - no Litecoin. Says it was transferred to XXXX. Go to XXXX account - the LTC is not there. When you go to Account / LTC Account / Transfers - it shows up as " Pending ''. And that 's it. For 6 days already. Tickets submitted. Consumer Complaint: I sold ( in trading ) my litecoin. XXXX is the transaction number. It shows as " completed '' " done '' and yet the money does not show up for more trading in My USD account or anywhere for that matter. Therefore I have not been able to buy or sell anymore with those funds. It was not a large amount because I was being careful and not to trust right off the bat and I 'm glad so far I have n't. I understand " slow '' but it is stated that these trades are instantaneously done. If they are gon na steal peoples money,, I want to be one to speak out to same others from this.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, I withdrew XXXX Litecoins from Coinbase as a sell and wire transfer to my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX. I figure that it might take a couple days to process and go to my bank checking account so i waited to check. I then went back on coinbase to check the process on XX/XX/XXXX and found that the wire transfer was processed on XX/XX/XXXX to my bank on XX/XX/XXXX, but no funds were in my checking account. I then went ahead and sent Coinbase an email on XX/XX/XXXX expressing my concern. I heard nothing from them in the next couple days. I decided to give my bank a call to see if they were holding the wire transfer and was told that there was no pending wire transfer into my account. I then decided to send Coinbase another " Follow Up '' email on XX/XX/XXXX since i did not hear any response back from my previous email on XX/XX/XXXX. I was looking for some assurance that my funds were not lost. I did not hear anything from them to this date XX/XX/XXXX. I called my bank again and they said that there are no wire transfers in the amount of {$2100.00} ... I also did a support request on Coinbase including all the information of the withdraw i made about a week ago and still have not heard anything back from Coinbase. I have even sat on the phone with them for 40 mins trying to speak with an actual customer service person over the phone before hanging up because of the wait. Please help me get an answer from them so i can receive my funds from Coinbase.

Consumer Complaint: I sold Bitcoin through Coinbase and their system claimed to have completed the wire deposit to my bank account on the same day, XX/XX/XXXX. The amount total is {$2900.00} after fees. As of submitting this complaint, it is XX/XX/XXXX. I have reached out to them several times trying to get an estimated date of the arrival of my withdrawal. At first I received an automated response telling me that wires would be delayed up to 10 days, which is clearly not true. After the 10 days passed, I reached out to them again and did not even get a reply. They have provided no transparency as to why I can not get my funds from that transaction.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX around XXXX XXXX, I wired {$20000.00} to XXXX ( Subsidiary of XXXX ) from my bank account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Their website clearly states that wire transfers will be posted the same day if done before XXXX XXXX, and the next day if received after XXXX. I confirmed with their bank that my wire transfer was received and deposited with Coinbase within 30 minutes of being sent. I have sent literally hundreds of emails asking where my money is, and have only gotten a couple auto-replies, essentially stating that my case is being reviewed. The couple times I 've had the 4-plus hours to wait on hold to speak with a human being, I was told that phone support can not help with deposit issues. It 's been over 6 weeks with NO specific updates or acknowledgement. This is absolutely rediculous. Issue: Managing, opening, or closing your mobile wallet account

Consumer Complaint: I am locked out of my account with XXXX usd out of access and no matter what I can not get coinbase to respond with anything that actually resolves this. I lost, and have now replaced, a 2 factor authentication device ( my old phone ). I previously complained to the CFPB about this. Coinbase replied in a way that indicated that they had not even read any aspect of the complaint at all. They have taken zero real steps towards resolving the issue. The response they sent to me after the CFPB forwarded my initial complaint was an auto-message identical to the first one they sent to me. This indicates that no one had even read my emails to them. I really need a solution to this now as my assets are depreciating and they are denying me access to my funds and are misrepresenting the situation to both BBB and CFPB by saying that I will be contacted by an agent. I have received absolutely zero assistance from coinbase other than additional auto-messages ( many of which are repeats ) which do not resolve my issue. A human agent is needed to solve it. I have created a new account as instructed several months ago before they stopped replying the first time. Now the site claims my id is invalid. This was not the case when I used the same id to send them money. It must have become invalid now that I want to withdraw it seems. I feel at this point they are sending me in circles and have read none of my messages. No genuine attempt whatsoever has been made to restore my account access despite months of trying. Any time they reply, it 's an auto message, and then there is no further contact. Even after the CFPB asked for a reply, I was only sent an identical auto message which clearly indicated that no one had read my messages. This can been seen in my attached ( fourth attempt ) to get a real reply from them. Furthermore, many many other people seem to be in similar situations with this company as complaints are becoming highly visible online.

Consumer Complaint: Coinbase has disabled my account, first noticed this problem, XX/XX/XXXX, stating that my trading account has been temporarily suspended please contact our support team. I have contacted the support team on many occasions and no response, I sat on the phone on hold for 2 hours only to be disconnected. I have money in that account under a crypto currency that I want to sell and get out due to market volatility but have been able to access my account in order to do so causing me to loose a large amount of money. this is unacceptable and need to be resolved asap so I can access my money and get out!
