Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated a wire transfer in the amount of {$5000.00} USD from my XXXX bank account to my COINBASE USD wallet. At that time, there was a banner listed on the COINBASE website that stated there was a backlog of wire transfers and that it would take up to 4 business days for the funds to be deposited. I waited the period of time suggested with no change. I created a support ticket on XX/XX/XXXX and received a canned response on XX/XX/XXXX stating the funds had been verified and that I should be all set. There was no changes to my account. I emailed them back that same day making them aware that the issue was still present along with a screenshot of the COINBASE USD wallet, no further contact has been made. There are countless other customers who are experiencing the same issue with no recourse. I can understand a company exceeding its resources due to rapid growth, but what is most concerning is that aside from these support tickets, there is no way to sort this out.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir, Madame, I am a client of XXXX XXXX. Just started trading cryptocurrencies in XXXX 2017. I have loaded my account with few minor transactions from my credit card, which went through straight away. I have then transferred the amount of XXXX XXXX EUR from my personal account in XXXX to their account in XXXX on XX.XX.2017. Until now the amount has not been received in my Coinbase account. I have contacted Support and opened a Case ticket with them. They requested my payment order and this is when they stopped replying to my correspondence. Because of the lost transfer, I have missed many trading opportunities. Kindly assist in getting the amount credited to my Coinbase account or refunded to my personal bank account.

Consumer Complaint: At XXXX XXXX CST on XX/XX/XXXX, I transferred approximately a sum of the cryptocurrency Litecoin worth {$2600.00} and received an email from Coinbase confirming that my transfer had been received and was being confirmed. At XXXX XXXX, I received another email notifying me that said transfer had been confirmed and that the funds were being transferred to their exchange, XXXX. According to the XXXX website, " Transfers between your Coinbase wallets and XXXX account are instant and free '' ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). In the six days which have passed since I received this email, however, I have yet to receive any funds in my XXXX account, where my Litecoin balance still reads XXXX. On the morning of XX/XX/XXXX, I opened a support ticket with the company. Within the hour, I received two automated emails which contained links to the company 's FAQ pages. The second of the two automated email directed me to respond if my problem had not yet been solved, so I sent a response at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which stated that my Litecoin was still missing. I sent another response at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in which I restated my concern for my missing funds and provided more information. I have yet to receive any emails which address my specific issue or which were written by a human being.

Consumer Complaint: I have set up an account on Coinbase and used it to sell Ether coins for a value of {$5000.00}. My phone later stopped working, which lost me access to my account, as I had been using 2-Factor Authentication through a secure app. As it happens, I live in a different country than the one who issued my ID. This is one of the use cases for which Coinbase does n't offer a way to regain access to your account, as described here. https : //support.coinbase.comXXXX The customer support has not been responding to any of my emails since then, for a month now. My account is still unaccessible and my funds are locked away. I am now demanding access to my account or full transfer of the funds to my bank account.

Consumer Complaint: Good evening, I recently started trading crypto currency through Coinbase. I bought and sold a few shares and recently decided to cash out my account due to Coinbase issues Id heard about. They put these transactions through as debits vs. credits, over drafting the account tied to my debit card. Amounts of {$450.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and {$430.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Ive tried emailing/calling/XXXX and anything else I can think of. This seems to be a very common problem if you dig deeper into this company.
