Consumer Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I did a wire transfer of {$5600.00} to Coinbase Inc to fund my Coinbase account. The fund is supposed to use for purchasing crypto currency. However, when Coinbase received my fund, they blocked my buy/sell/withdraw options and said that I need to verify my identity AGAIN. I already verified my bank, my identity and made some transactions previously. Now suddenly they asked me to verify again. Their ID verification system did not work. I submit multiple requests and call them multiple times. They never respond to my request tickets and said could not help through customer service on the phone. It only takes them to 2 minutes to verify my identity but they does not respond. Due to their delay, I could not use my fund to invest and lost thousands of dollar. Consumer Complaint: Transferred XXXX LiteCoins into my GDAX.com account from a external site. XXXX received the money on their sister site ( XXXX ). Coinbase shows as having received these XXXX Litecoins. Coinbase then automatically forwarded these funds into my XXXX account. These transfers are instantaneous and free. Coinbase confirmed receiving the funds, and confirmed sending the funds to my XXXX account. My XXXX account never received the funds. They never even showed up as a pending or complete transfer in XXXX. Somewhere between coinbase and XXXX, they simply disappeared. I called XXXX the same day. Was told by the customer service rep that I was n't the first person calling about this today. As of right now, coinbase/XXXX are holding approximately {$11000.00} worth of virtual currency XXXX. It 's now been 4 days. I have no correspondence from them since my first email and call. My trouble ticket or case number is # XXXX. Please help me to recover my funds that they lost!

Consumer Complaint: At XXXX pm - XXXX XXXX, XXXX I have done a deposit from an external crypto exchange ( Binance ) of XXXX Litecoins to XXXX ( company of Coinbase ), but those crypto currencies are n't arrived in Coinbase as the notification promised.I received thoug an notification that the deposit was received at Coinbase and also that it was forwarded to XXXX. After that I received an mail that the last stap ( automatically forwarding to XXXX ) went succesfull but I had to transfer it manually from Coinbase to XXXX. But this wasnt possible! XXXX XXXX I have filed immediately an ticket to support of XXXX, telling the whole situation and asking for immediate solution, this didnt help. Case number is XXXX. I called the support line of Coinbase and they basically even didnt know how XXXX worked and they could tell me more then saying that they would it escalate to an XXXX specialist. I received an confirmation of this. So I am now 8 days waiting for those XXXX 's, but still did n't arrive. As a day trader this is my job and bread. I lost many trade possibilities and indirectly make losses because of this situation.

Consumer Complaint: User email XXXXXXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I withdrew {$1900.00} from my coinbase XXXX account that was supposed to be deposited into my XXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX via Wire the reference code to that transaction is XXXX I never received my money and it has been 24 days coinbase website states their service assures that a wire takes no longer than 10 business days. I contacted my bank thinking maybe my bank rejected the deposit and they told me there is no record of my money being into contact with them. On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote coinbase support a email XXXXXXXXXXXX they told me it probably still pending. So on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted coinbase through their customer service phone number XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX the representative told me the transaction says complete and I should have my money. After that she says she will make a complaint to the transaction escalation department and that they will be getting in contact with me through email. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have yet to hear from them. I still have {$2000.00} on their account and I am scared to withdraw with the fear of the same situation happening. I made withdrawals before with success never had a problem with coinbase until now. I am uploading a picture of the transaction with coinbase dated XX/XX/XXXX and my bank statement from XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX that proves there is no wire from coinbase

Consumer Complaint: Its about XXXX. Date XXXX Sold my BTC like every other time to Coinbase ( it sould arrive on the XXXX ). That time it did not charge any fees but also is now listed as : Sent BTC to Coinbase ... and not ( like every other day ) Sold BTC using EUR wallet.
