Consumer Complaint: I began to get behind on my car payments in XXXX due to XXXX XXXX and a move that I was n't planning on. I received a call from an employee from the following number : XXXX. I had a hard time hearing the message, I think her name is XXXX. In her message, she asked me to return her call before XXXX pm to number XXXX, extension XXXX. I was on XXXX XXXX so I pulled over and it took me 4 times to get someone to agree to transfer me. The employees kept refusing. I had to demand to speak with a supervisor and told her she needed to transfer me. I finally got through and spoke with her person who left a message. I have never had such a hard time reaching someone. She put me on a 60 day extension which she said I had to make a payment on XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX and then I would n't owe a payment until XXXX XXXX. This is where my frustration began. I logged on to the app to check my account on XXXX XXXX and noticed that my account is still 3 months behind, it is not reflecting the payment arrangement. I called Ally to see if I could speak with the employee who created the payment arrangement, XXXX. I called the number she provided 17 TIMES between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. The phone reps REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME. I asked for supervisors who also REFUSED TO TRANSFER ME. I asked to call centers in the XXXX hoping I could get transferred and was still refused. Every rep wanted my account number or social. I provided it and then was told so many different answers that I had to write them down. The first few reps told me that I was NOT ON A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT AND THAT I NEEDED TO MAKE 3 PAYMENTS. I explained that I spoke with someone and had a payment arrangement. I was interrupted, or yelled at, or hung up on, or talked over so many times that after 17 tries to get to the person who put me on the supposed payment arrangement that I GAVE UP. This is how Ally works? I have no proof that the person put me on a payment arrangement and no way to speak to her directly because the call center employees REFUSE to transfer me. They also want to put me on their version of a payment arrangement, even though I am supposedly on one. They yell over me, argue with me, and flat out refuse to get someone to transfer me. I have asked to speak to a XXXX based call center hoping I can be transferred. I am at call 18 and am tired to arguing.

Consumer Complaint: A false charge of {$680.00} appeared on my Ally Bank checking account on X/XX/17. The merchant was listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX CA US. I contacted Ally teh following day to open a dispute. They in turn contacted XXXX. XXXX stated that the transaction was authorized and refused to provide a reversal. XXXX listed the Merchant Number as XXXX. The Seller was XXXX XXXX, email address XXXX. They also provided shipment tracking information showing that the merchandise ( whatever it was ) was delivered to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX. ( I live in Colorado ). Ally refused to provide a refund.

Consumer Complaint: This is an update to my prior complaint number XXXX. I was advised today that XXXX from Ally Financial, who I have previously complained about has attempted to contact the pastor who married my wife and I on XX/XX/2017 and contacted the woman who did my wife 's make up. He has contacted my old employer on too many occasions to put down in this complaint. He has also contacted my ex-wife, her family and all of my family members. I have no issue with him contacting me, but this is clearly harassment now and a violation of the law. He needs to be stopped or I will take legal action.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to buy a new car from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I took delivery of a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and applied for financing of the vehicle through XXXX XXXX. On the 10th day, I was notified that there was a complication with financing and that I would have to go in to their office. I was on Holiday that day but went in as soon as I got back. When I went in, I was told that there was a problem with finances ; they had " misplaced '' my down payment and it had affected my loan. I was given the option to either pay more money or return the car and cancel the contract. I decided to return the car and cancel. The car was returned and I was given a contract cancellation form which assured that I would not be charged for anything since financing was rescinded. Unfortunately, I recieved a notification from Ally bank saying that I am signed up for an auto loan ; even though I returned the car and the financing was supposed to have not been issued. I called Ally bank XXXX XXXX to clear the issue up and was told it may take a week to clear up. I rechecked on XXXX XXXX and the account was still open ... I have attempted to work with Ally bank 's fraud department but have been unable to get further than their voicemail system.

Consumer Complaint: There were several accounts listed on my credit report that 's inaccurate and has hurt my credit scores. I have on several occasions disputed alleged late payments on my credit report. These companies have yet to send me. Section 168 of FCRA law ( s ) info on report does NOT match my records. I demand this item to be Updated to Paid as agreed, never late from my credit report ASAP. The below listed Late Payments that are being reported within my credit report is inaccurate account information. I have never been late with my payments of these accounts. It is not clear to me how these late payments could have become merged within my credit file. Perhaps it was the result of a mixed file incident on behalf of you, the credit reporting agency or the original creditor. Whichever it is, the fact remains these late payments are incorrect payment history information. Under Section 168 FCRA this Late Payments Dated does not match my records nor the original creditors records to what reflects on my credit report, there-fore this item MUST be deleted and UPDATED under this law. The late payments never happened!

Consumer Complaint: My car was seized in XX/XX/XXXX. I went to 2 court dates and on XX/XX/XXXX the judge gave the car back to Ally. They put in the paperwork to have the car returned to them. I was told in court that Ally would contact me within 30 days to let me know if they were going to return the car to me. I called Ally and customer service said that I would get a letter on instructions of getting my car back. That did not happen. I paid the car up to that point. The XX/XX/XXXX payment was never cashed. I did not hear from them until XX/XX/XXXX stating that my car had been repossessed and was going to be sold. I answered back that I wanted my car back but received a letter from XXXX XXXX that I owed {$10000.00} before they even contacted me. How does a car that they had in their possession for 3 months get repossessed?

Consumer Complaint: I leased a XXXX XXXX through Ally Financial and returned the car to a dealership on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I was surprised to receive an invoice for three excess wear items on XX/XX/XXXX. I called the phone number listed and was told someone would get back with me. I did not receive a message back from the new department until XX/XX/XXXX. I called back several times and left messages but did not receive a call back. I again called the general number and was given another number to try. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX who informed me that the vehicle must be sold at auction before anyone could have a further conversation around how to resolve our dispute. She stated these matters are not handled with her department. She asked if I had seen the photo 's from the inspector ( which I had and saw no evidence of damage ). she then pulled up the file herself and noted she could not see anything as " there must have been a glare ''. XXXX asked about the previous repair noted in the detail and I explained there had been no previous repair or need. I asked her what the process would be from this point and she said once the vehicle was sold at auction these charges will be handled by the asset recovery center. I was eventually contacted by the asset recovery center and contested these charges. They got back with me eventually and removed the bed liner item related to " previous repair '' but said the other two would stand. I explained that I did not see adequate evidence to support their claim. What followed was literally a year of constant phone calls to my home where the callers had no interest in discussing the legitimacy of the debt. I corresponded with Ally on XX/XX/XXXX after receiving a NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPORT NEGATIVE CREDIT INFORMATION but they ultimately turned my account over to collection with XXXX XXXX. I spoke with XXXX and told them I did not consider the debt to be legitimate and responded to the XXXX notice with a note and a copy of my Ally correspondence. XXXX charged off the debt and reported it to the credit monitoring agency which resulted in a significant drop in my credit score. I never received adequate evidence to support excess wear. I am XXXX years old and have leased many vehicles and never had an issue in the past. I do not understand why they would not discuss the matter until after selling the evidence. I was told the third party inspection service is not paid on commission but this certainly has me wondering about that.
