Consumer Complaint: I bought a car on XX/XX/XXXX and gave permission for XXXX XXXX to pull my credit. Not only did XXXX credit pull my score, but 5 other companies pulled my credit for hard inquiries without my permission. I have worked hard to bring up my credit and this is bringing my score down significantly. I did get the loan with XXXX XXXX, but I did not authorize these other pulls. XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX twice to see why this happened and was never given an answer and could not get any information. I am very upset about this. I monitor my credit daily. Please help me to fix this problem. XXXX XXXX

They lied and did report it on my credit and I want to file a complaint against XXXX XXXX for being untruthful and marking my credit when they said they would not. Please keep these corrupt companies in line and make them not hit someone credit when they promise they will not. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: I applied for an automobile loan through XXXX. They went to Ally to get the loan. I was turned down for a loan due to a very low score from one of the agencies, XXXX XXXX. Their score was 100 points lower then each of the other agencies. Trying to get anything from them requires photos and copied forms of ID. Having never heard of these people prior to this, and them not listed on anything else, I have other loans, all which are paid off except my home loan, I am not about to send them anything until I have no real choice. They can not provide, will not provide, how they determine this score, or any reasons why the score is low.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I brought a car that was financed through Ally Financial. Over the 5 year period I have paid the payments in XXXX XXXX I paid XXXX to pay the car off like Ally said I owed. At the end of XXXX XXXX, my wife and I received the title and we kept the car continued to drivXXXX until on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ally had XXXX come and steal our car saying that we owed an additional {$3000.00} for fees, late payments and etc. I immediately called the police and insurance company cause I have a title that shows my vehicle free and clear. In XXXX they told me I owed XXXX on the car. In XXXX XXXX, I paid XXXX, XXXX I paid XXXX and they sent me documents with 3 different amounts on what was still owe I questioned them. In XXXX I paid XXXX and in XXXX after I contacted them to see how much was left they said XXXX. I paid that and I received my title in XXXX XXXX. Now I think it is very unfair that I paid all this money to have my car stolen from and now they are saying they are selling it again to someone else on XXXX XXXX if I do n't give them additional money. Every time you speak to someone at ALLY you get a different story. It does n't make sense to me.

Dealer never returned paperwork to Ally. I provided copies to Ally 3 weeks later after calling 2. ) I received a final bill for wear/tear inspection on XX/XX/XXXX for {$310.00}. I paid on XX/XX/XXXX and was cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. Check # XXXX 3. ) I purchased a new lease and the dealer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, Associate name XXXX ) and the return debt for the XXXX lease was {$2000.00}. This was confirmed with both myself and new sales man. 4. ) I have reached out to Ally on three occasions asking to settle and finalize the {$2000.00}. XXXX. Consumer Complaint: I requested a wire transfer for {$120000.00} on XXXX XXXX, 2017 at XXXX AM XXXX for the closing cost of a house. There is a notice in Ally website that goes as follow : " Requests received or verified by XXXX pm XXXX, Monday to Friday, will process that same day. Wires received after the cut-off time, or on a weekend or holiday, will process the next available business day. We may need to call you to make sure you authorized this transaction. More than one business day may be required if we cant reach you for verification ''. Nobody contacted me from Ally to verify information until after I called them at XXXX PM XXXX. When I talked to XXXX at XXXX PM XXXX, he said that funds were going out today but that he could not give me a timeframe. I called them again at XXXX PM XXXX and XXXX, the supervisor, mentioned that wire was not going out today because it did not make the cut-off time and that there was nothing she could do because the department that handles the wires is closed until tomorrow. I have contacted Ally multiple times to resolve this but seems that Ally never had any intention of disbursing funds today and they shield themselves with the excuse that they were not able to verify transfer before cut-off time, even though they were supposed to contact me, and there was no way for me to reach out to them.
