I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me, or the payment was not applied as fast as expected. I checked my bank account and noticed that you deducted the money out of my checking account that on the month that you marked me late on my credit report. ALLY FINANCIAL

Consumer Complaint: I sued Ally Financial for harassing me with phone calls about payment. I won over 3k from them with a settlement. They blocked me from using the online payment portal and wouldn't speak to me over the phone which caused late payments. They are still harassing me by reporting to the 3 major credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX by showing late payments which they caused by blocking my online access. My account is paid off and I don't want them reporting to these bureaus. ( Improper use of account ) they can't report this account due to harassment. I see that they like giving away money so I will sue them again! If they don't contact the 3 bureaus and have this remove their reportings and send me back a letter stating that they closed and removed my account from these bureaus. I will file a complaint with the CFPB, BBB, FTC and any other company that accepts complaints along with sueing them again! I am sending letters out to the locations in XXXX and the location in XXXX, MN. and will wait to here back from them. If they don't they will have to deal with my lawyers again! Please removed this from reporting or send a letter stating that you will agree to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to have this removed. I will remove the complaints and Reviews once this is done, Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: I went to look at cars XX/XX/2019, I sat down spoke with the salesman and discussed my option. They appraised my car and ended up pulling credit. Before I allowed them to pull my credit I asked the salesman how many lenders would be obtaining a copy of my credit report he said 2 or 3 it ended up being 6 or 7 the three credit bureaus. He also stated that if I didnt purchase a car the inquires would be removed after 45 days. I also reached out to the lenders directly to get this resolved and they told me to reach out to XXXX directly and when I did they refused to remove it

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I was involved in a very serious, traumatic car accident for which I am surprised I made it out alive. My insurance company at the time, XXXX XXXX XXXX, failed to deem my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX totaled because allegedly I had a payment retracted from them from XXXX. Not only was I not made aware of this, there are several other issues for which XXXX never tended to : 1. I sent SEVERAL faxed messages to verify that XXXX FULLY covered my vehicle due to it being financed for which they failed to respond to. I gave my lawyer from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX the faxes to verify that these corresspondces did in fact occur. 2. I was told in XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX Auto Insurance DOES NOT offer full insurance in my area. By failing to explain this, or responding to my inquired mentioned above, XXXX prevented me from obtaining insurance from a different company that could cover the vehicle fully. 3. Being told that the vehicle was FINANCED through SEVERAL faxes, XXXX failed to contact Ally Financial to mention the vehicle was covered by them. 4. Through several EMAIL messages on Ally 's client portal AND phone calls, I inquired about insurance SEVERAL times with no response/answer that deemed my vehicle not to be covered correctly. 5. Even though my INSURANCE COMPANY should cover the expenses from this accident, ALLY 's contract states that FINANCED or LEASED vehicles w/o proper coverage will be subjected to automatically being covered by THEIR insurance policy for which the customer must pay for. This should be implemented IF XXXX 's lies and fictitious claims are allowed to occur. 6. Between Ally and XXXX 's illegal tactics, lies, and straight refusal to settle the claim has caused the GAP INSURANCE company not to be able to payout the difference owed. 7. I never received a Policy Declarations page until my lawyer demanded on in XXXX of XXXX, after the accident!

I have had an account with them since XXXX last year. someone is fraudulently trying to open accounts with my social security number. I have not had a reason to inquire about anything else since i got the account so i do not understand why there are several inquiries after the opening that are showing. On more than one occasion Ive told Ally Financial my living arrangements and medical condition. I continue to receive calls at inappropriate and inconvenient time. Today at XXXX PST ( XXXX EST ) I received a call from ( XXXX ) XXXX and at XXXX PST another from ( XXXX ) XXXX ( XXXX EST ). On the second called the agent could barely pronounce the name correctly, and when asked who this was she went right into the call is being monitored and record ... I advised the agent the in the spanned of four hours youre making my phone ring multiple times in a day after a voicemail was just recently left. The agent said the account is in collection and they can call as many times as they needed. I told the agent to shut her mouth, she can not make my phone ring Unnecessarily. I also advised the agent the call was at an inconvenient time and she still wanted to proceed with the call. I told the agent to shut her mouth again, the agent said sir your a grown man dont talk to me like that, Ill just call your family. I believe the agent name was XXXX or XXXX.
