Consumer Complaint: I sold my vehicle for {$2000.00} more than I owed. XXXX paid the total to my lender, Ally within 3 days at the beginning of XXXX this year. Ally said the overage due me should in my hands by the XXXX. Which seemed like too long. I didnt receive it so I messaged them. They said it wasnt even mailed till the XXXX! Here it is the XXXX and I STILL dont have it. That is not their money to trifle with.

Consumer Complaint: Hello my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX my family and I went to XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX California. As we were looking at an suv a salesman XXXX came to talk to us he ask for my information he then went back inside came back with the keys. 15 min later a second sales man approaches me saying he allready ran my credit to many banks I was not present, I dont sign or agree for my credit report to be pulled XXXX did not agree to a price. I got very upset I told them to please get these hard I inquirys pulled back. XXXX apologize and said he would talk to his manager. Its been one week I have talk to both managers at XXXX XXXX and another manager the both have not done anything about it. I have talk to credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX told me the best thing to do is have XXXX called them and pull back my reports but XXXX hasnt done anything. I also called the four credit banks To reports this and they said to contact XXXX. Please if you can do fix this problem I would really appreciated im so stressed about this matter.

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial is reporting a few late payments on my credit file. These lates are for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Ever since the pandemic started i have experienced hardship and it has been very hard for me to stay on top of my bills. I have made payments to the best of my ability and even notified Ally about this hardship. Now that I'm in a better situation i am trying to recover my credit to obtain financing and these lates are affecting my credit file tremendously. I am asking that Ally financial remove these late notations from my credit file. Making payments was completely out of my hands and it was due to the pandemic COVID.

I tried to return the hearing aids in person but XXXX XXXX refused to take them back and refund the money. Consumer Complaint: I have an Ally XXXX account with Ally Bank. I also have checking and savings accounts XXXX which have not been a problem ). In XXXX, 2020, my online investment account was listed as " restricted '' with the message : " We can't show these accounts right now. Were working to have things back up as soon as possible. Try again later. ". When I tried to access my investment account statements, they had disappeared and were replaced with, " Your account has been restricted. To find out why we restricted your account, call us at XXXX. ". I have called this number regularly since XX/XX/2020 XXXX nearly a year ), and have been on hold for hours each time without ever getting through. I have used the Ally XXXX chat function, but no one has ever been able to give me any answers as to why my account is restricted or how to fix this, other than to call the generic call line number given above. I am concerned that I have had no access, and no statements for my money for nearly a year, and have not been able to contact anyone by phone after at least 40 hours of being on hold over nearly a year. Ally XXXX by chat have been unable to provide me with any other phone number or contact information to solve this problem.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a victim of identity theft. This has been an ongoing issue with the creditors along with the credit bureaus that I have worked with them trying to rectify these issues of fraudulent accounts. For over 1 year I have submitted multiple disputes along with providing all required documentation to support my dispute. I have provided the creditor and the credit bureaus with the police report, Official FTC Report, Drivers License, utility bill to support my unprecedented situation of Real Victim Identity Theft. As a result 2 of the 4 fraudulent accounts were removed on two different occasions. Since then has popped back onto my credit report due to the creditor resolving the accounts as fraud, then deleting the accounts after which they are selling the debt to a collection agency which then reports the same fraudulent account back to the credit bureaus and re reporting of each takes place. I have spoke to a multitude of different representatives and supervisors looking for assistance to get these accounts that I have NO ASSOCIATION with removed once and for all. I have been given little assistance with these matters and close to no response back at all at this point. This is ruining not just my credit, but this ongoing issue has ruined my life. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert from my credit card where I am signed up for a credit monitoring service that said I had a hard inquiry on my credit report from Ally Financial and it says it was in reference to a new account. I called them on the XXXX to see why they had made an inquiry on my credit for a new account since I did not open any new savings accounts with Ally Financial and I bought my car on XX/XX/XXXX which coincides with my new account with Ally Auto since I have my car loan with them. Prior to me buying a car they have never made a hard inquiry on my report since I only have savings accounts so I was confused. I called Ally to ask them why this was the case and they stated that it was my dealership, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that made the inquiry on my account since Ally only buys loans. So I called my dealership and they said that no they did not make this inquiry since I bought my car in XXXX and they only keep my finance data for a short period of time. Additionally, if someone would have came in the dealership using my social security number it would have been flagged. So I called Ally back and relayed this to them and they still could not give me an answer. I asked them if they kept a record of who submits inquiries to them about buying a car loan and one person told me no but then another person told me yes and sent me to the credit part of the company but no one answered my calls. Additionally, I was refunded {$500.00} from the dealership because I cancelled a service I bought with my car and they sent a check back to Ally and the check has cleared but Ally has no record of it. I have email correspondence and can show phone record proof of my multiple calls to Ally. I am so frustrated because they will not give me an answer on these two issues.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I was in the process of obtaining credit a few months ago and was made aware of several inaccuracies on my credit report. I reached out to Ally via direct mail several times to verify the information they are reporting to the credit bureaus. After several attempts, they have not provided any proof or documentation verifying the late payment in XX/XX/2019 they are reporting. All three bureaus have different information in regards to payments made on different dates, with different account numbers and on-time/late payments for what is supposed to be the same account. Ally has not been able to verify any of the information reported, they have the late payment remaining after several contacts for verification. The payment was made on time.
