Consumer Complaint: Summary : Ally Bank, due to negligence or fraud, sent money from my checking account in a cashier 's check to an unidentified address in XXXX, GA and refuses to return my money : {$44000.00}. Details : On XX/XX/2021, I requested an Ally bank check be sent to me payable to " XXXX XXXX '' for {$44000.00} with funds withdrawn from my Ally Bank checking account to purchase a car. This check was requested to my home address on file with Ally Bank : 2 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX. I paid an additional fee to expedite this check to arrive in time for me to purchase a vehicle at XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX NJ, on XXXX XX/XX/2021 for vehicle VIN : XXXX. I am taking XXXX Flight XXXX Fri XX/XX/2021 from XXXX to XXXX for this purchase. For an unknown reason, fraud or negligence, Ally Bank sent the check via XXXX to an address in XXXX, GA-XXXX tracking XXXX. I have never lived in Georgia, the payee is not in Georgia, I never provided a Georgia address to Ally Bank. I do not know the exact address the check was sent to as Ally Bank will not release this information. In late 2020, I sent my check number XXXX in the amount of {$360.00} as payment for my XX/XX/2020 obligation. Ally did not cash the check but sent it back to me claiming it was not a full payment, and then proceeded to claim I missed a payment. They have repeatedly applied late fees to my account, despite being paid on time. Ally frequently applies late fees to my account, despite my making regular, and correct, payments.

Consumer Complaint: I had an auto loan with Ally Bank. It was paid off on XX/XX/19. I need to do a title transfer, so I tried locating my title in my safe, only to find that it was missing. I went through the trouble of requesting a duplicate from PA, only to find that the lien on the car had never been released ; I had never received my title. I have been attempting for months, at this point, to get Ally bank to release the lien. After many many phone calls and tens of hours wasted, they said that I had to have the dealer, from which I purchased the car, get involved. I did and the controller there has been very helpful. He has been attempting for weeks to get this resolved as well. Ally had been contacting him daily to inform him that nothing had been done. They've ceased doing that. The controller recommended I file a complaint at this point. After more than a year and a half after being paid off, I no longer have the loan number. Ally has been able to identify the lien via the VIN, but has been either unwilling or incompetent to release the lien. The most recent case number with Allied is available upon request ( I have many open ).

Consumer Complaint: Ally Financial Services is my lendor for my vehicle loan. Last year I requested and paid additional dollars to place my account on deferrment on XXXX. They told me that this would not show negative on my credit reporting since I was on deferrment, however they listed me as being 30 days late on XXXX and XXXX of 2020. I disputed this reporting. Then they came back and reposted my 30 days late for those months. I began a loan process for a home and had to remove the disputes so I could get the loan to go through without penalities or downgrading of my loan. I sent Ally a registered letter to remove the dispute, after 45 days they sent me a letter stating the dispute was removed but it was not. I reached out to the credit bureaus to remove the dispute, both XXXX and XXXX removed the dispute immediately. XXXX stated it would take 30 days, they would not escallate the removal of the comments. My lender is having to downgrade my loan, which increases my interest rate and my cost for the property. I would like for both XXXX and Ally Financial Services to be investigated and for them to be penalized for their LACK of actions as it is impacting my ability for this mortagage.

I DO NOT VALIDATE THIS DEBT. 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports Under 15 U.S Code 1681b permissible purposes of consumer reports I never gave you any written consent to report. FDCPA 8012 furnishing deceptive forms You reporting this false misleading information that you received from creditors to my credit report without my authorization. you never verified that i signed any documents before you took it upon yourself to report these deceptive forms on my credit report. I XXXX XXXX was entered into credit transactions that i did not consent to or authorize. A consumer credit transaction in which a finance charge was involved. 15 usc 1605 defines a finance charge as the sum of all charges in a consumer credit transaction. The finance charge does not include cash, but ALLY FINCL took cash. The finance charge is suppose to include insurance, but ALLY FINCL made me purchase insurance separately. I was entered into a consumer transaction with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX. A consumer credit transaction in which I was tricked into thinking that I got a loan when in reality I only came for the credit, the promissory note was for them because XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX got the loan 15 usc 1431. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX used my information to obtain an extension of credit, 1581a ( 3 ) defines Identity Theft as fraud committed using identifying information of another person. my information was used by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally to obtain my approval status for an extension of credit. As a consumer these accounts on this letter must be deleted immediately, or I will seek monetary damages in small claims court in my city and state. Also we have already involved and sent this letter to the Consumer Financial Protection bureau, attorney generals office, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and federal trade commission. Please remove all fraudulent accounts as I have no know of any of these accounts due to the XXXX data breach/ identity theft. All is being investigated by the FTC and CFPB. According to FCRA 605B this information must be blocked immediately until the investigation is over. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX VETERAN and currently a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX patient that currently takes XXXX XXXX everyday with already taken traditional XXXX treatments I was Scammed by this dealership on XX/XX/XXXX fake forgery contract forced and threaten to take possession of a car that had issues 10 mins later which is for a XXXX XXXX they have pushed a contract through and got paid and towed the car to my property twice no keys no insurance no contract they lied to the bank I need help ASAP. I am banned from their property because we exchanged words because I did not want to do business with them and they still did forgery and the finance manager signed my name without my consent on documents. Please help me..I never took possession of the car they snuck it in to my residence to get paid from the finance company. I did not have the car 12 hours..I was given a citation for disorderly conduct for throwing a fake contract and forgery contract at a sales manager XXXX XXXX that was being disrespectful with threats trying to force me to take a car..Threaten to put me in jail tried to put me in jail as I stated got me a citation for nothing. HE is a CROOK he is RUDE he cussed the sales person our in front me. Also the man name XXXX is HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE he is RUDE he hung up the phone in my face he said he dont car about no lawyers, no media, no CORPORTE complaints no nothings I have videos is them almost breaking my gate to sneak the car in I caught them Friday morning XX/XX/XXXX and tanned them out with that car and called the police to file a report and the man name XXXX told me thats my car and I am towing it to you residence regardless he said he dont car. He said they been paid and thats all that matters because a payment when come up and they know I am not paying it and they will repossessed the car and get double their money. He told my spouse that if he calls up here complaining he was going to guile charges against him did HARASSMENT. XXXX which is the GSM and other sales people needs to be FIRED and thrower in JAIL at XXXX XXXX the GM was the one that called the police on me because I threw a a fake contract at his body because he was cussing abs laughing and being rude and disrespectful on XX/XX/XXXX also XX/XX/XXXX they sit behind that window and ignore you abs send the sales person out there because they dont want to talk after they think they have SCAMMED you out your money to purchase a car. The GM told the police I threaten to XXXX him when that was a LIE the police found out he LIED and then he decided when that did not work to say he wanted to press charges against me for throwing paperwork out his RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL SELF and once again they gave me a disorderly conduct citation and criminal trespassing warning not to come back on the Property because of the CORRUPT GM. I have contacted the MEDIA Friday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and a host of different resources that can deal with this matter LEGALLY along with being it to the MEDIA so everyone in the state of GA and the USA can see the CORRUPTION and SCAM that this dealership does customers they forge your name add stuff take our stuff dont let you see it they send a person in to distract you on the paperwork add fees they LIE they CHEAT and as you can see they be DECEITFUL I am a customer thats fighting to stay alive every day due to my XXXX XXXX/XXXX every day and this is how I was treated. Consumer Complaint: I tried to send them a letter last XXXX asking for a copy of a signed contract bearing my signature, a copy of the payment statements of this account from which Ally Financial is reporting to the credit reporting agency. I am asking for proof that I was late on payment because they are reporting erroneous inconsistent account information. Tracking number : XXXX I never received any response regarding my request and they did not update the credit report as disputed. They sent me an automated letter instead. Ally Financial is violating the FCRA for reporting this account with inconsistent and inaccurate information that I disputed which they then did not update to the credit reporting agencies as " disputed '' and continues to report inconsistent account information which is in direct violation of the FCRA.
