Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have recently been laid off due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I am no longer a college student and was working full time. My loans are now in forbearance which I'm grateful for. However, I was not aware that I had upcoming payments due and that I was coming out of grace period. This was due because I rarely use the email that is on file in which FedLoan sends those alerts. As a result of this, I was reported missing 3 payments which dropped my score by more than 100 points. Once I discovered I was out of grace period I immediately got caught up on my payments and enrolled in autopay.

Consumer Complaint: Good morning. As it is known worldwide, there is a COVID-19 Pandemic going on. I requested forbearance for my student loans ( which should of been stayed automatically ) and to my surprise, I received an automatic debit from AES in my account where no funds are available plus I requested a forbearance via AES 's website. I am being charged fees for overdraft and will pursue this issue as AES/PHEE and/or any servicer that has managed this account has caused great damage, harm and other damages. Stop auto debit as CARES and and Families First act requieres, pay damages and return fees. Plus their is another complaint regarding illegal fees charged which is not closed and am awaiting for CFPB to inform about appeals and legal process and or guidance as how to proceed. Thank You XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Good evening, I was transferred to " Fed Loan Servicing '' in XXXX of XXXX. Previous I was with " XXXX XXXX ''. I have reached out 3 times over 18 months, the latest time on XX/XX/XXXX, regarding an error in the number of " qualified payments '' I have made towards my PSLF loans, with no response other than " we'll be in touch ''. My PSLF number of payments are incorrect. As of XX/XX/XXXX, " Fed Loan '' shows i have made 38 qualifying payments. However, as of that date, my records show I have made 55 qualifying payments. I have been on an IDR since XX/XX/XXXX and have been a government employee since XX/XX/XXXX. I have submitted two ECFs in this time frame. I am thinking the problem arose when i was transferred to " Fed Loan '' as my servicer. I have my records from " XXXX XXXX '' which I also sent to " My Fed Loan ''. Please help. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I am owed a few thousand dollars from the US Treasury, according to FedLoan, my student loan holder. The whole reason I'm in this mess is because FedLoan recommended I get off of IDR ( Income Driven Repayment ) at the end of 2019 because it would 'save me money ' ; instead, Fedloan raised my monthly rate thousands of dollars. I was able to work with them in XXXX and XXXX of this year to have them correct that, but even after Fedloan acknowledged their mistake and told me they fixed it, they instead continued deducting {$2300.00} from my direct debit account on XX/XX/XXXX and now, after they admitted that was their error and that I should have my money returned, are unwilling to do anything to help me get the money back from the US Treasury. I have been trying to resolve this for months and am at my wit 's end and need my money. I know a few thousand dollars is not a lot of money to some people, but it's a lot of money to my small family. I have sunk days of my life into trying to no avail to resolve this. I don't know what else to do. Please help. At this point, all I want is my money returned.

Consumer Complaint: Two ( 2 ) FedLoans were opened under XXXX XXXX who used my information as a co-signer. I am an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX member and all my education has been through my benefits within the military using Tuition assistance and I have never applied with FedLoans for money or to help pay with my schooling. To my understanding the loans were opened sometime in XX/XX/XXXX, however, FedLoan states that their records reflect that I am listed as the cosigner on Mr. XXXX two ( 2 ) Direct Graduate/Student PLUS ( DLPLGB ) Loans disbursed on XX/XX/XXXX ( Loan Sequence 2 ) and XX/XX/XXXX ( Loan Sequence 4 ). Effective XX/XX/XXXX, the loans transferred to FedLoan Servicing to administer on behalf of the Department. The records indicate that my request for loan discharge due to forgery/Identity Theft was incomplete. There is no way my request can be completed as I do not know any of the information that FedLoan is asking for because I did not apply for this loan. How would I know this? Furthermore, I provided FedLoan original documentation of my report filed with the XXXX Police Department. Therefore, it is impossible for me to provide them another original. If FedLoans did a full investigation they would hav called the XXXX Police Department at ( XXXX ) XXXX and would have concluded that I did, in fact, file a poIice report and I can only provide the copy BECAUSE FEDLOANS HAS THE ORIGINAL, and will provide a copy AGAIN to this report and FedLoan can call the police department to confirm that this has been filed. Additionally, I have filed a dispute with all 3 major credit bureaus as well as FedLoans ( WITH ALL ORIGINAL COPIES ). I will also seek legal action if I am not removed from these loans.

Consumer Complaint: I have been under a {$0.00} IDR repayment plan on my student loans serviced by FedLoan for 3 years. FedLoan has inconsistently reported my repayment history under these payment plans, which has had a negative impact on my credit scores. Some months Fedloan will report my {$0.00} payment as on time, while in other months the {$0.00} payment goes unreported entirely. FedLoan reports all three loans as active every month, so the total number of reported active months continues to accrue. However, when the bureaus divide the number of monthly payments Fedloan reportes as on time by the total number of months reported under the loans ( which includes months where Fedloan reports no payment information ) the resulting on time payment calculation is misleadingly low.

Consumer Complaint: Once I paid off all my student loans through fedloanservicing, I am unable to review any of my loan history - I can't see payment history, capitalizations, interest accruals, nothing. Since XXXX, I have sent countless messages through their online system, I have called, I have gone through other avenues for them to send me my full account history since it all of a sudden disappeared once my loans were paid off. I never got a message back - just an automated email telling me I can find that information through the portal. No. No I can not. It is unavailable because I paid the loans off. When I called, I was advised they would be sent to me via mail. They were never sent to me via mail. I have been waiting since XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Fed loan uses online address system. I never changed my address w/fed loan or post office. As a result of fed loans system they mailed my bills from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX to WRONG address. Their mistake! Late XX/XX/XXXX I had requested a forbearance due to my upcoming XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I never questioned not receiving the bills during that time because I believed I was approved for the payment extension. I have provided the information many times to fed loan and they are refusing to correct the XXXX negative on my credit report. I NEVER authorized or changed my address
