Consumer Complaint: In late XX/XX/2020, I was notified that I had several negative items on my credit report. Of these negative items, that spanned over a number of years, accounts like auto loans, car insurance, credit cards, bank accounts and student loans were opened in my name have all been charged off, closed, and sent into collections. I have sent ancillary documentation to the creditor and credit bureaus to have these items removed. I have requested that the creditor and/or credit bureau provide me with proof that the debt is mine but they have yet to do so. My requests are ignored and I am instead sent a bill to pay. During this time, I have been consistently harassed via phone and mail to pay a debt that is not mine.

Consumer Complaint: I am in process of trying to transfer my loans to take advantage of PSLF. One of my employers from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX has since dissolved, as such I am unable to obtain the Employer Certification. Fed Loan Servicing has advised that I need to produce either paystubs or w2s from my time of service in order to qualify for PSLF certification. I did inquire if they would accept my 1040 Tax filing or an IRS Transcript of my tax return showing the employment from that period however they will not. I do not have the means to produce the required documentation and am requesting support or an alternative means of certification.

Consumer Complaint: The student loans I acquire was with XXXX University which is currently under investigation for illegal student loan practices and funding for students. I have tried many times to get my students loans forgiven because of this and has been not successful. In my attempts to contact the student loan company I have been on hold for hours or the phone would disconnect. Sometime I keep getting switch between operators until the phone would just hang up suddenly. This is very unfair and unprofessional when I'm only trying to info on resolving my student loans and to see if they are eligible to be remove as debt.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I recently changed jobs and my income went down. I applied for recalculation of my REPAYE payment. I submitted a paystub as evidence of current income. The new payment was incorrectly calculated. It was calculated using my gross income, not my Adjusted Gross Income, or taxable income. I am attaching the paystub with the deductions circled that are not supposed to count toward my XXXX. These are my retirement contributions ( Pension and XXXX ) and my medical FSA. My paystub clearly shows my taxable income. I receive 20 paychecks a year like the paystub submitted. I am paid 10 months of the year since I work in education, they did calculate that part correctly. I am including two paystubs just for extra verification. My new payment should be approximately {$570.00} a month, as I have a child as well. I have written to Fedloan Servicing twice since they miscalculated the payment. The last response from them was on XX/XX/2020. I have not received any further information since then. Thank you, XXXX XXXX Account
