Consumer Complaint: During the year XXXX, I was in school working on my degree still and for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, Fedloan reported I had late payments on these particular months when I was set for an in-school deferment status as I have always done so since XXXX. They updated it to current in XX/XX/XXXX but failed to update the months in question that I am filing a complaint for. I have tried countless times to get this resolved and due to COVID-19, it has become even harder to reach a customer service representative to ensure this gets solved. I am still in school and I have a family to support now, I am filing a complaint due to it has been over 2 years now that I have tried to clear this up and provided numerous documentation to the lender. They have advised several times they would fix it however, now it is affecting my lending needs to I can buy a home for my growing family. I have paid close to {$1000.00} alone in credit monitoring with all credit bureaus and exerted an extreme amount of energy which is not good for me at this time.

Consumer Complaint: Recently in doing some research on my consumer credit file I learned that the student loans in my name that are being serviced by Fed Loan Servicing. I learned that the loans are for a school by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never signed an enrollment agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX nor did I ever sign or agree to become a former student of XXXX XXXX. This seems like fraud to me. I do not wish to be associated with XXXX XXXX and I never agreed to it. I do not understand how this is possible and how this legally has taken place. I do not understand why there are student loans listed under XXXX XXXX in my name. I never agreed to this. I am requesting XXXX XXXX XXXX to provide information stating that I agreed to be associated as a former or current student with this school. Before today I had no knowledge of any of this. I am requesting documentation with signatures that Fed Loan Servicing has the right to pursue loan payment from me for the school XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not wish to be affiliated with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never agreed to any enrollment or loans with XXXX XXXX. Therefore Fed Loan Servicing must substantiate seeking loans associated with XXXX from me.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for schooling for XXXX University in XXXX, and the person that helped me stated i should get a student load to pay off the rest of the schooling. in the process of trying to go to school, i had to withdraw due to health medical reasons in XXXX leading up to the end of XXXX, in XX/XX/XXXX - now i have been unable to work because i have been XXXX, and the man i spoke to associated with the loans never even helped me or get consent to get these loans. even when i withdrawn if i took out anything i would have been reimbursed for the money unused, and this wasnt the case, the school or the man that assisted me at my time when i had medical issues happening, i think they pocketed the money from the loans because i never received any books, or classes for the money that was borrowed under my name. i have been XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and have been unable to do anything

Please also provide through this system the date of 1st delinquency, or the day/month/year I was 30 days late and never again came current? Why are you still reporting this account? Personally, this account seems to have aged out and can no longer legally be reported!! Furthermore, You have not supplied TransUnion with a date of last payment, you have left it blank, therefore another FCRA infraction.
