Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I wrote to Fed Loan Servicing and told them my credit report is showing XXXX XXXXays late in XX/XX/XXXX. I have XXXX loans with Fed Loan, and XXXX out of the XXXX loans are reporting this error. I have provided XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX with a confirmation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from Fed Loan Servicing that includes all loans that went under deferment from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I requested the forbearance due to domestic XXXX I went through, which was filed in the courts, resulting in a divorce. This reporting error is literally ruining my credit. I have been turned down for employment and other credit because of this. My last attempt to get this resolved was XX/XX/XXXX and the credit bureaus have changed anything. I honestly believe they are simply not doing their due diligence in getting this removed.

Consumer Complaint: I was told by XXXX XXXX that I was in the Public Loan Forgiveness Program through a letter. They took over my XXXX XXXX XXXX. They said I needed to make my XXXX Loans into Direct Loans to be in the Public Loans Forgiveness Program. I did as they said and I consolidated my XXXX Loans into Direct Loans losing the time towards Income Based because I was in the PLFP. I was told I didn't need to consolidate any more of my loans with XXXX XXXX and that they would bring my XXXX XXXX Loans over because I am in the program. Now, today, I got a letter saying that I might be eligible for the program. I am confused and frustrated. It is causing me a lot of XXXX because I could have kept it in Income Based and been done with it in 13 years. Also, 10 years ago, I was denied the XXXX Forgiveness Program and no one told me about the Public Forgiveness Program. I'm a XXXX XXXX XXXX and I feel like the government has let me down even though I have been a XXXX for 23 years.

Consumer Complaint: Wondering if you can assist us in a work around for this. We made such a low salary when I first started XXXX and my husband was a XXXX XXXX that the only way out realtor thought we would qualify for a mortgage was to consolidate our student loans. XXXX plus years later and more that XXXX payments, our loan still can not be forgiven because there is no way to convert a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX into a direct loan. Please help. We have been working in qualifying public service roles and due to the facts below, we can not get XXXX. XXXX type of XXXX student loan is a Joint or Spousal consolidation loan a now-defunct program that allowed XXXX spouses to combine their individual federal student loan balances into a single loan, with both spouses jointly responsible for its repayment. The program was discontinued, but some borrowers including those who have since divorced are stuck with these types of loans. Joint Spousal FFEL Consolidation loans can not be re-consolidated into a federal XXXX consolidation loan under current federal policy, and therefore can not qualify for XXXX. It may take an act of XXXX to address this problem. Thank you for your help. We have written to our senators and representative to try to assist with a work around. Thank you!

I XXXX XXXX is a consumer, natural person and the original creditor and I know my rights. As a consumer I have the right to privacy and no third party has my permissible purpose to put anything on my consumer report. This is a violation of the federal laws. By reporting any payment history and transactional history not limited to student loan, auto loans, credit cards, installment loans and other accounts without my permissible purpose, Fedloan Servicing is found to have violated many federal and state laws. As a consumer, natural person and original creditor, I will exercise my rights and pursue ANY damages incurred for willful noncompliance and negligence on behalf of Fedloan Servicing. Fedloan Servicing Does NOT have my permission to report any of my PRIVATE business to any third party consumer agencies to be placed on my consumer report. Please remove all the accounts listed on my consumer file. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY!

Consumer Complaint: Fed Loan Servicing has my loans split into three separate loans. All of my payments made have been with one check that covers all three of the loan payments, yet Fed Loan Servicing has three different certified payment amounts for me for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have tried to rectify this by speaking with them, but nothing has been corrected in the two years I have been trying to fix it. There are incorrect " ineligible payments '' listed. Below are the dates for the " ineligible payments '' that should be counted as correct : XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX All of these are listed as either " payment received outside of the payment period window '' or " You do not have a bill due for this payment period '' For one of my loans, they are counting them, but then not counting them for the other two. They should count for all three as I only ever send in one check per month to cover all three. This is costing me money as I should already qualify for loan forgiveness under the public service loan forgivenes program.

Consumer Complaint: Fed Loan Servicing is impossible to deal with. Currently on hold for XXXX hours to try to get basic answers to related to the XXXX application and employment certification I submitted a month ago. The website says my application was processed but my payment counts dont make any sense at all. But I cant get ahold of anyone to try to talk about the error or how to get it fixed. This has been an ongoing problem with Fed Loan Servicing and I know I am not the only one dealing with this problem. It is incredibly disappointing that the Federal Government allows such incompetent servicing from the company it contracts with for the servicing of federal student loans.
