Consumer Complaint: i started to reported fraud XX/XX/XXXX as well as recently in XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have just recently discovered that i am a victim of identity fraud/impersonation/theft as well as a victim of sim swapping/hijacking on all accounts pertaining to myself online and offline even my mail. i have reported it to the sheriff and police mulitple times since last year. i have went in to wells fargo various times XX/XX/XXXX, plus a few more last year then again XXXX & XXXX XXXX and XXXX just to name a few... inquiring about checks being cashed and missing checks/ transactions, statements ewithdrawals, edeposits, international transfers, check cards, online bill pay, online statements, spending reports, my name not being correct, why the states have changed from texas arkansas to oregon to south dakota are different and not colorado, why my address was changed who changed my address, signatures to who has power of my account since im not the primary social security number on my account when i have never given anyone permission to be on my account etc because half of thise items i didnt know what they were because i didnt put them on nor use them in which they have gaslighted me while im in tears with proof in my hands XXXX XX/XX/XXXX over and over and over and have not allowed me to close my account in the past since XXXX XXXX and a few more last year i tried to many times last year and this year to do so as well as wells fargo refused to answer my questions and not printing out the fraud reports that i have already made XX/XX/XXXX prior to going in as well as recently.i reported more in XXXX. then i inquire about a check that is lost from texas and if its in my late mates account and if i could get statements because i havent recieved any due to my mail being tampered with to where i have reports for that to. and they gave me suspicious copies of my supposedly account and transactions that are copy pasted/photoshoped and they are missing dates missing months missing pages from statements missing like from the XXXX of dang near every statement they repribted all photoshopped for me the transactions are on the wrong fays with the wrong amounts the primary account isnt at the top, it doesnt have from what month to what month with the date to date as well as one side saying one state like texas and the other oregon etc resulting in them having severe suspicious behaviour to a point as when i went to show proper documentation of the fraudelent activity for 10 plus years that has been going on without my knowledge one banker lunged XX/XX/XXXX and grabbed the paperwork and wouldnt let go, they had me close my late mates account after 3 years XX/XX/XXXX which doesnt make sense because i tried to close it when he died prior to all of this in XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX and they wouldnt let me saying i wasnt his beneficiary but now all of a sudden because i have inquires and questions and they have me close it in which they didnt even in my supposed account deposit his two checks they gave me they tried to put it in my statement as 1 instead of two and even now they still wont give me answers when they said they would, i feel like they are setting me up for their own mess up. then they decided to forciably close my account because i came in with proof XX/XX/XXXX and denied my own access to get into my own accounts weeks before they decided to closed it. plus when i went in and gave them a copy of the XXXX check from texas when i first moved here they made me wait like 9 extra days to come back for a answer just to then gas light me again about that and make me wait a extra 40 after my appointment time while they scatter withnother peipke askibg them for their paper ids and copies of check stubbs while the one customer is at the teller yelling at her man if they can come back tomorrow with their ids cone to find out that the tonnmans and they decide to forciably close my account on two different days as well as it was overdrawn on the XXXX for XXXXXXXX then magically the next day it was postitive and i didnt do it to which they are hiding something because the statements they gave to me are not mine or accurate for over 10years i have never had {$25000.00} and {$40000.00} in my accounts ever and with completely different atm cards making transactions that are not mine and ive never done a international transfer nor online banking or billpay or spending report etc i had to ask what those were!!! to which on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX the banker was supposed to take thise off then magically they are on then off the month after and when i go in she lunges at me and grabs my proof and wont let go of the paperwork and they call me and said they are closing my account which has resulted is financial problems that are directly relating to my other accounts that were on autopay and now im being charged for those plus return plus late fees etc where it wasnt my fault to where this is causing XXXX XXXX XXXX not to mention has me emotionally and physically strained because they ripped open healing wounds with my late mate that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. im seriously upset and distraught and now it total debt because of wells fargo.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2023 Wells Fargo closed my CD account which had {$250000.00} and it and failed to notify me that they closed the CD. When I called customer service on the XXXX of XXXX, I spoke to three different representatives who all said that they were not able to help me including two different members at the executive office. Both of these calls were recorded. The last rep ended up hanging up on me when I didn't except that they couldn't help me. I then went to the local Wells Fargo branch in XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, where I had originally opened the account. The gentleman who opened my account was no longer employed by Wells Fargo, but I spoke to the branch manager. After four hours sitting with the branch manager and him explaining that my account was closed due to an invalid address, he refused to release my funds and they are still holding all of my money since XX/XX/XXXX. Since I was very vocal about this inside the branch, to other customers came up to me and provided me their contact information and wanted to find out the resolution to the issue of Wells Fargo not releasing my funds to me. Upon telling one of these customers that my funds are still being held hostage by Wells Fargo and they have no clue where my money is and won't do anything to help me retrieve my money, this customer decided to close their bank account with Wells Fargo. Upon her attempting to do so, one of the employees named XXXX ( XXXX ) mentioned to her that my account had illegal activity it and that's why my account was closed. This is a gross violation of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( https : //www.ftc.govXXXX ) too disclose any information about my account whatsoever to a non-related party let alone a complete stranger, and to blatantly make up a lie to slander me in an attempt to save another customers account. This customer has told me they're willing to provide a sworn statement and affidavit of the facts and what that teller said to her about my account. I have contacted several attorneys in relation to this as today is the XXXX and I still don't have my funds released to me and my local small business needs to make a large purchase, I am without liquidity because my money was stolen from me by wells fargo, I'm not earning any interest on the phantom funds that have disappeared, and no one has any sense of urgency to attempt to get my money back. I plan on visiting the bank today again to attempt to get my funds and file a police report if they deny me. Audio and Call recordings available as well.

I called Wells Fargo and told them it happened and they said they would take care of everything. When I was away at a military school in Florida my wife called me and said that the Gap company wasnt going to cover the loan because Wells Fargo failed to send the paperwork in on time and they sent the paperwork past the deadline. I have gone back and forth with Wells Fargo for almost a year now and some of the workers have been nothing but rude and not helpful

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received XXXX calls from the number listed on the official Wells Fargo website ( XXXX ). The first I did not pick up, but when I picked up the second time, the agent claimed my funds were at risk of being stolen. In order to protect them, I immediately needed to wire transfer my money to a secure Wells Fargo account. On the same day, I returned a call to Wells Fargo and was informed that the transfer was fraudulent. On that same call, I filed a claim and was told a reverse wire would be requested upon my submission of the claim. The fraudulent transaction robbed me of my entire savings and checking accounts. They informed me that the case would would be resolved in XXXX days, and that I would receive a call the evening of the XXXX to discuss the case. I did not receive a call that evening, and I called the number they provided for me ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. No one answered. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that XXXX of my reverse wire transfers was only submitted today ( on XX/XX/XXXX ). My call on this day was transferred back and forth between the Wells Fargo customer service extension and their fraud extension with the intention of receiving more information, but I was told I would need to wait the full XXXX days before receiving more information on my case.

When I arrived from XXXX on XX/XX/23, I was told by XXXX XXXX ( who said she was the XXXX ) at XXXX XXXXXXXX that the reservation had not been paid for and there was no room available. I recorded our interaction on my phone. I immediately called my bank ( Wells Fargo ) and filed a dispute of the charges. Meanwhile, I booked a hotel room at a different location. I received a letter from Wells Fargo on XX/XX/23 that said the charges were valid and the temporary credit that had been granted would be reversed. I now owe Wells Fargo that amount although XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX says that they never received a payment for the reservation. I am a XXXX XXXX on a strict budget. I can not afford unnecessary expenses, nor can I afford to keep fighting with Wells Fargo or XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX over who actually owes me this money. This has thrown my account in the negative. Please advise.

Consumer Complaint: I recently had a conversation with Wells Fargo Medicaiton and Medication attorney. I was informed someone from Wells Fargo executive office would call me. The call came and the person who I spoke with had no knowledge of the conversation that I had with Mediation attorney and the person from Wells Fargo. She was clueless. It was informed to me and the mediation attorney will call me to discuss and explain how they came up with the amount of XXXX plus to pay off and close the loan. As the mediation attorney said, Wells Fargo knows but I don't. They keep saying it is a Wachovia loan but it isn't. When Wells Fargo bought Wachovia they bought all assets and debt. it was Wells Fargo who split the loan. Not Wachovia. WF applied their own application of how the loan will be set up. Why all the payments I made never never was deducted from the XXXX loan. It increased or stayed the same after Wells Fargo took over. The other complaint the woman I spoke with said in a very determined voice that this case is final and they never received that I sent them my insurance coverage on why they applied the amount of XXXX to the insurance coverage when I made the finale payment. Everything is falsified under Wells Fargo. They lie, they lie and they lie. They won't explain. It is not the end till I am reimbursed for the overpayment of insurance during the closing/payoff of my loan and how all my payments for the loan was never deducted from the balance.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a construction to permanent loan from Wells Fargo in XXXX when it came time for Wells Fargo to step up and convert the loan to a permanent loan, they claimed they never offered that service. A year ago they returned the origination fee a paid to get the permanent loan with a letter say since I opted to not move forward they were returning my origination fee. I had finally gotten over the fact that they forced me into bankruptcy, lied and cheated back at that time and then I get this letter. I realize many people were in a similar position and I an not the only one. I have documentation proving they had offered this service and it didn't matter. I have found over the year that Wells Fargo is an organization of extremely unethical people and it starts at what was the top back then.
