I have to send this over and over because I have not been presented with these items. I want the original wet signature contract between ME and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stating I will pay alleged debt, also me given consent to furnish said debt on my consumer report. I also want and asked for the license to collect a debt in florida, the date of license and the name on the license. The following federal laws have been broken and also I will have the CFPB send this to the FTC. FCRA 609 and 605 as well as 623. Also 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( I ) and 15 USC 6802. 15 USC 1682g. Also TRANSUNION I have late payments which VIOLATES my federal protected rights 15 USC 1666b. By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that this item be investigated and removed from my report.
