The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. Consumer Complaint: I would like to have all hard and soft inquiries deleted off my credit report because Per 15 USC 1681, I gave no written consent for this information to be reported. Also 15 USC 6802-6805 and 16 CFR 313.2 both state that I can opt out of anything on my credit report at anytime. The privacy act of 1974 also covers that I have a right to privacy of all my personal information. All these inquiries need to be deleted immediately! based off law, I would like {$1000.00} to be debited to this account for this mistake or I will take legal action. Consumer Complaint: As a consumer, I have listed the concerns about your reporting in my last two dispute letters sent to TransUnion. I sent TransUnion my first dispute letter which on XX/XX/2023, via certified mail, and the second dispute letter was sent to TransUnion on XX/XX/2023, also via certified mail. My credit report is not complete nor accurate and TransUnion has failed to meet applicable standards according to the law that they are required to adhere to by for both FCRAs as well as Metro 2 compliance. My rights are being violated and I am aware that TransUnion has been sending out form letters in response to my letters which is illegal and also they have completely ignored all Information that I have requested. I have no choice but to invoice TransUnion for violating my consumer rights and for personal damages incurred.TransUnion is in direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance amongst others that are listed in the invoice attached. I will be sending them a notarized affidavit along with an attorney general complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that I have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshot attached :

XXXX XXXX XXXX, Case Manager XXXX ( XXXX ) confirmed that I've never opened checking account or credit card with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX my lifetime. b. XXXX states that there's no track history to match up with my SSN & all listed home address/zip codes. But there are hundreds of naming lists under my name XXXX XXXX in their banking system. I've asked them to verify all XXXX XXXX in their banking system one-by-one in order to identify the user with the credit card debt XXXX ( as of XXXX ). 2. Answers from XXXX XXXX XXXX : a. XXXX rejected my request since they don't know the exact account number to be associated with the credit card & its debt. b. on XXXX today, I've received the attached mail that credit agencies may have combined my file with a file of someone with a similar name. ( XXXX XXXX ) 3. CurrenXXXX Challenges - a. I've tried to contract 4 listed Credit boroughs to identify the associated bank account number or Credit Card Number. But, I've failed since those companies are available via XXXX where this case is not handled, and in-person XXXX staff wasn't available on the call. b. I'm currently in trouble to get a Morgage to purchase my first home due to the bad credit score ( XXXX currently, each month decreasing due to this incorrect naming conversion mismatched from a different person ). Very desperate & extreme-stressful situation. c. In my lifetime, I've never made late payment so far. This unresolved situation makes me miserable & depressed since 2022 that I've identified the issue first time. 4. Requests : in my perspective, XXXX XXXX XXXX or CFBP ( as the adjustor ) needs to inform this mishap to 4 credit boroughs on behalf and should correct the mis-aligned name to the right person. The most important action though is to get rid of all the related bad credit score histories impacted by the mis-match on my naming conversion.
