Forcing me to pay a debt I have no knowledge of, but 2. Harassing me and my family with emails, and mail about an account I did not authorize. XXXX XXXX has brought not only financial stress but emotional and physical stress onto my life. XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/2021, authorized a fraudster to use my name and obtain credit. This account was opened using my personal information. I have not personally signed any documents authorizing that XXXX XXXX even views my credit report. I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT on all the documents that were taken and have been used to obtain credit cards, accounts, phones, and much more using my name. When I lost my wallet, inside was my California ID, my social security card, medical cards, and other important information that was used to obtain this credit card. I have absolutely no knowledge of the account, how am I being held responsible of paying a debt I did not incur or even had any knowledge that this debt was incurred until I performed a credit check. I have never received a call from XXXX XXXX personally about a verification code. My phone number was spoofed to make calls. They were able to make it appear as if calls or texts were coming from my phone number, I had no idea this was even occurring. The fraudster was able to use my phone number to defraud and illegally obtain a credit card amounting to {$3600.00}, using all my information and a spoofing service. I am demanding that XXXX XXXX further investigates this account. Remove the account. Update credit bureaus. Send me an updated credit report. Remove me from your database.
