Consumer Complaint: As a summary, the following reasons to amend my credit report are supported by the appropriate Consumer Financial Protection Bureau U.S. Code of Title 15 On going written complaints, disputes and calls trying to clean up credit report. Have asked several times for verification. From TRANSUNION with no response 1. Information is too old to be on a credit report. 2. The account payment history is incorrect. 3. The XXXX XXXX agent XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX office told me that i have to keep making payments until the claim kicks in. She says I can make a minimum of {$240.00} and i would not get reported negative to credit bureaus. Accordingly, i am required to sign a deferred agreement.
