Consumer Complaint: I opened a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX the car was illegally repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX. Santander charged off the account as a loss. However Santander was still reporting the original balance of the loan even though the car was sold at a auction. I never received a XXXX nor a bill of sale from the auctioning of the car. Santander sold the debt & states that they no longer have credentials to it & for me to contact the collection agency. However there is no listed collection agency for this debt AND Santander is still incorrectly reporting this debt.

Additionally, the people responsible for the irresponsible, negligent, and treasonous acts are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX from finance. Each have been reported to XXXX XXXX XXXX for their fraudulent acts and I have already submitted documents to the Texas Supreme Court regarding their irresponsible activities. My original car has been taken, fraudulently. I have not had it since XX/XX/2018. The car was reported stolen through my insurance provider and they too have done nothing to attempt to recover the property or provide me with my monetary compensation. Hello Mr. XXXX, I went to XXXX XXXX and requested they take my trade in to receive a business car. I did not receive that. Instead, they gave me two weeks to drive the car for business purposes. When I returned a few days ago, Thursday, I requested they refund me that amount. They did not do that. Instead, they retitled the car, sold it at an auction, and refused to comply with original terms. This car is no longer mines. It has been sold fraudulently. Any and all insurance and other things associated with myself or my mother are not our concern or faults. The dealer that financed it is XXXX and his co-conspirator was XXXX XXXX. Any future correspondence regarding this emails is incorrect. I do not personally own this vehicle in any way, shape or form. Ive filed a complaint with XXXX and am awaiting a hearing to discuss proper refunds. I have all documentation concerning the transactions that took place. I did not receive any assistance because I was told it was " out of their jurisdiction. '' There are XXXX calls from me in their system. The car was towed about 48 hours ago. I have been told I have more time to pay it off by the bank XXXX XXXX, but " the bank '' and their agents have been aware of my situation since XX/XX/2018. Also, about two weeks ago, I got an account to research my previous car " XXXX XXXX '' and and when I searched it I saw an old social media picture of myself and friends riding in that car about 5 years ago from XXXX to XXXX. The picture appeared to state I have an arrest warrant for acts carried out in that car, however, I do not have a criminal record and have not been a part of any illegal activities in that car. The new car is a XXXX XXXX 2018 model and I still have both sets of keys and one of the license plates. As far as XXXX XXXX I still have the plates and as you will notice from your investigation, the auto dealer, their agents, and the police have yet to find the car, the owner, the seller, or anyone else involved in that transaction. Further evidence includes the following ... XXXX tickets for the vehicle that occurred following XX/XX/XXXX. I have not been in that car, seen that car, or had any possession of it since that date. I have no idea what has occured in it since that date. I don't know the owner. It isn't on my insurance and I have not been the legal owner since that date. A parking ticket from XXXX PD from the last day I had the vehicle. It was parked downtown the notice number is XXXX with plates XXXX. I refused to pay that ticket on that date, because, the XXXX form was never properly filed. During the meeting on XX/XX/2018, at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX location. XXXX XXXX and company refused to apologize, they refused to provide a refund, and they refused to take responsibility for their irresponsible activity. I, to this day, do not have a vehicle. They ruined my credit score, and it was all due to the business potential tied to my name, social, business acumen, ability to produce/create/write music, etc. I do not trust them. I will never return, because it has taken everything in me to not return to that dealership and deliver retributive justice. As I have stated in my numerous complaints, I do not want my old car, I do not want their new car, I want my money back and compensation for this being the toughest summer of my life. Thank you, XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Contacted Santander Consumer Finance on XX/XX/18. Notified them of duplicate payment. was told to fax over bank info showing duplicate payment. Faxed over. Was told id have my payment back in 48 hours, XX/XX/18. Contacted them again in 48 hours, XX/XX/18. was told they hadnt looked into it yet. Contacted them again XX/XX/2018. Still no answer. Contacted them again XX/XX/2018. Told me the bank statement showed payments pending even though they had already recieved. Was told to re-fax statement. Refaxed new statement XX/XX/2018. Was told i would have an answer in 48hours. Contacted them XX/XX/2018. Still no answer. Contacted them XX/XX/18 was told the fax was recieved but no answer on payment. Contacted them XX/XX/18 and they are now saying they didnt recieve fax. Also saying no other way to send bank info or any quicker way. DOnt seem to want to return duplicate payment.

I purchased GAP insurance with the purchase of the vehicle through XXXX XXXX and it was insured through XXXX XXXX and XXXX paid the claim and Santander has been coming after me for the balance even though I had GAP and car insurance settled it. GAP has paid, and Santander is still coming after me for money, claiming that GAP didn't pay in full. Santander was paid over {$10000.00}. I sent over those documents verifying that information and it has not been removed from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Visited dealership on XX/XX/18 and spent 1 1/2 hours in the dealership to purchase a work truck. During this time, we negotiated price, money down, insurance, loan options, etc. During this time, we agreed to a price and discussed loan options so the vehicle would go in the company name. All was well when I left. Received a call from the loan officer at XXXX who said he had good news. I returned his call at XXXX and we went over options. We decided on the option that was best and the amount of down payment. Spoke with sales rep I had been dealing with. We talked about 2 options ( 1 ) they could bring me paperwork ( done this many times at XXXX XXXX ) now and we could sign or ( 2 ) I could come after my meeting. My meeting was done and on my way to dealership the manager calls me and says they sold it to someone else. My main issue is they pulled my credit and offered me terms to a loan. The hard pull will affect my credit. This is a deceiving practice and quite frankly damaging.

Consumer Complaint: I have a car loan with XXXX XXXX. The payments were set to auto pay XX/XX/2016 - until. After 18 months it stopped without my knowledge. XXXX failed to notify me by mail or phone and repossessed my vehicle. I paid late payments the very next day when I was finally notified after the repossession. I explained to them of their mistake ( WHICH THEY FAIL TO ADMIT ) and they still reported it to credit bureau and ruined 20 plus years of good credit. When trying to resolve with staff including supervisors some were extremely rude and not willing to resolve the issue. One even admitted they understand my point but still was unable to resolve. After filing complaint they continue to report this to credit bureaus. This is MAJOR BULLYING on their part as I only have a few resources to go up against them.

Consumer Complaint: I Received my credit report showing a inquiry from SANTANDER CONSUMER USA from XX/XX/18 showing I applied for a Car loan. 3 years ago, I was a victim of identity where my ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD were stolen. I did not apply for any Car loan, and this Inquiry remark on my credit is causing many issues for me applying for a home which is affecting my score. I did not give this company permission to run my credit for any means necessary. I do not have any means of applying for a car loan as I am a single mom and could not afford and other dept The item is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, may have violated federal law.
