Consumer Complaint: I have contacted the credit agency and the company themselves on numerous occasions since XXXX XXXX, 2020. I have both electronically and in writing by mail, submitted my identification documents, proof of address, identity theft reports and additional documentation. I also received notice that this account would be zeroed, deleted from my report and the title to the said vehicle sent to my address. The account has been refused to be blocked even after notification of my request for it to be blocked and still reports a $ XXXX balance. This was dealer fraud and the contract is not legit. I was also told I had to purchase a service contract if I wanted the vehicle by the sales manager along with the loan being written when I hadnt taken possession.

I have received a letter about the settlement and I reach out to them but was turn away. The price was XXXX and with everything it came to XXXX and I put down XXXX which brings it back to XXXX. Every month when I make my payment I see that my whole XXXX isnt Deducted from the balance just like XXXX dollar is. My current balance is XXXX and I put down XXXX. And when they budget me I feel they were giving me rates to fail. XXXX a month when Im making XXXX a week and thats not taking taxes out yet. So makes XXXX. I dont understand how Im still owe XXXX. On this car thats not even worth XXXX and is XXXX years old. My account should be look over or something not happy.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX day late payment with the three major credit bureau on XX/XX/XXXX I have contact the creditor to explain that a check from the refinance company XXXX XXXX was mail out to them for the full balance and was advise that it would not be consider late sine there was a payoff balances requested how every i was under the impression that everything was okay until I check my credit and seen a late payment hit my credit so I contact them and explain that there was not a late payment due because the balance was paid and was told they would send it to there escalation department because the file was so old now i still see the late payment in XXXX as i apply for a home loan so I disputed this with all three credit bureau to come back verify and updated with the same information I have contact Santander to try to address this but was on hold for and hour and then disconnected so I call the credit bureau and was told to contact the Consumer Financial Bureau
