Consumer Complaint: I sent the attached letter to Santander certified on XX/XX/XXXX and have yet to receive a response. The company is required to send me a signed contract with the signature matching my ID to validate the debt. Also, They are involved in a class action settlement. The settlement includes all auto loans from XXXX. Both accounts on my credit report fall in that range. Santander has sold the accounts to collections and kept both original accounts on my credit report against the settlement.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX called multiple relatives and myself in different states claiming to be with each state/county judicial services and leaving messages a warrant would be issued for me if I didnt respond to be served papers. No explanation what for. After contacting XXXX number to be removed and have relatives info removed they refused and refused address for company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. Still insisted the calls are from the courts. This is probably for an old auto loan that had been transferred to Santander in XXXX. These voicemails have been saved.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I have an auto loan with Santander back in XX/XX/XXXX, the vehicle was repossessed. In my credit report show, multiple entries cuz the account was sold to XXXX. I am eligible for restitution in the Santander class action. Send letters to the credit bureau and Santander and XXXX but didn't get any response from them. Negative reports are hurting me. Please help me follow up on them, and please have them remove the negative reports abt the auto loan. Thank you.
