While all payments were received around the same due date, these payments satisfy the minimum amount due. Because the full minimum amount due is accurate, therefore the account should not reflect 30-days past due and report as such to the consumer reporting agencies.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted LVNV Funding LLC in writing on a letter dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX that was delivered via certified mail on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I requested validation of a debt in the amount of {$410.00} that LVNV Funding LLC is currently reporting to all three major credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX ), as per my right and according to the FDCPA section XXXX. Validation of debts. I have not received a response from LVNV Funding as of today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Per the FDCPA XXXX XXXX. Validation of debts and as stated in my letter, LVNV Funding LLC has 30 days to respond to my request or this debt must be removed from my credit file. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, KY XXXX. I rented a home and had XXXX XXXX. I canceled service when I moved before 2014. They told me I had to turn in a piece of equipment that was located on a tall telephone poll over 30 ' tall. I told them I was XXXX and could not climb the poll and asked if they could send someone out, they said " no '' and told me to figure it out. I owed a phone bill but I could not turn in that piece of equipment so they added that to my final bill. I can not go on someone elses property or climb the poll myself so they are charging me over {$300.00} for that piece plus interest and penalties because I am unable to turn that piece in. I turned in everything else inside the home. I feel like they are discriminating and trying to force someone to pay for something that XXXX installed on the pole that I could not climb to retreave. XXXX XXXX is now collecting and I try to dispute but they say XXXX will not change the collection amount they are charging me for that piece.

Consumer Complaint: The account looks like it was re-aged. The date opened was XXXX/XXXX/XXXX but the date of delinquency is XXXX. How was this account late before it was even opened? The date it was reported was XXXX and the first major delinquency was XXXX and if you look at the payment history there is no late payments. I would like this account removed from my report. I disputed with XXXX but they never got back to me they just put a consumer disputes remark on the account with no explanation if and how they verified the accuracy. I dont see how the information is accurate when the account wasnt opened until XXXX yet was late XXXX before the account was even opened. Please remove account from my report.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX applied a debt that is my fathers and took me to court in XXXX. I went to court and told them it was not mine. In XXXX, I received another summons in relation to the debt. I had my lawyer get involved. She sent them a letter on XXXX XXXX, XXXX tellling then they had the wrong person nd to remove the vdebt from my information ( as well as calling them telling them the same information ). On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX filed a garnishment in court for this debt. I debt not receive this information until XXXX XXXX, XXXX because I do not and have never lived at the address listed in the information. Since that time, my lawyer has repeatedly called and been told the garniment will be removed and the money returned. It is XXXX XXXX and the garnishments continue and the money they have taken is now XXXX for a debt that is not mine. A debt that the third party collection company ( not the original owner of the debt ) attached my ssn to because my father and I share the same first name. They have all the information from my lawyer ( including my fathers information to pursue the debt from him ). They were told the debt was not mine in XXXX and never sent any information to prove otherwise.

Consumer Complaint: First I would like to address the problem I am having with XXXX as I have researched and started my own credit repair back in XXXX or XXXX XXXX has asked me to verify my identity three times which I proceeded to do. Now here we are in XXXX and I have not heard anything else from them. I sent them a letter prior to the data breech explaining to them that I was not impressed and I did not appreciate the no response as I do know my rights with the FCRA. I was also a part of the breech and that would make three this year. I have had multiple hard hits for loan inquiries that I have applied for or credit and I am constantly keeping track of my credit now for this reason, and see these. I originally filed with FTC.gov a complaint and a report with a 90 day freeze. Plus I was placed on the DO NOT CALL LIST and yet I was and am still getting calls and it seems that the freeze did nothing to help. I am overwhelmed by this and upset it 's also damaging my credit even more so. I also have a complaint against XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX Collection agency as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX The last two mentioned are both reporting on my reports for the same debt and I know that, that is illegal and this account is not mine and they are now refusing any response that I have requested from them as well as XXXX XXXX. What do I have to do? Sue?
