Consumer Complaint: I just spoke with my realtor and was advised that this item from XXXX XXXX XXXX is still being reported to my credit, even though its been proven that this item isnt mine. Ive provided information over to them several of times, just recently the collection agency that they sold this debt to removed the collection item from my credit because it was proven that this debt isnt mine. The same information I reported to both companies and this item is still being reported. I can not move forward in my home buying process with this item still lingering. I need this company to remove this item otherwise I will be forced to provide this information over to my attorney and I will proceed with filing a lawsuit against them

Consumer Complaint: XXXX says that I have an old bill that I/O to them. However, at the time they created the bill, I had a XXXX account which is now paid in full and has been and is paid regularly. They turned it over to a credit agency. I finally was forced to file a police report, and I gave them the number. They will not let it go. They still have it on my credit. Consumer Complaint: I believe LVNV purchased my credit card debt from XXXX back sometime ago. But, they will not provide evidence that the actually purchased the debtor such as purchase agreement and contracts evidencing that they purchased my debt from XXXX. In XXXX2015 LVNV attempted to garnish my bank account. My bank notified me and out of scarcity I contacted LVNV and agreed to pay them. But, I asked them to provide evidence that they now have my debt they have failed to do so. I have been paying them for the last two years and I do not want any mix up regarding this debt years later and XXXX come back requesting that I pay them when LVNV is attempting to collect on this debt. I need verification that they actually own my debt such as contract agreement and letters transferring from XXXX to LVNV. I am aware that there is a law in Texas that prohibit a debt collector from garnishing bank accounts. Please provide documentation that XXXX is no longer the debt holder of this loan. I have received threatening letters and bank garnishments from LVNV with no proof that they have my debt. I would appreciate any help you can give me

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, I had wireless phone service from XXXX. I had home phone and Internet service from XXXX as well. XXXX itself was divided into two separate entities. So, in order to pay my wireless bill, I would have to go to a XXXX wireless store. The wireless store would have no record of my wireless service and told me to contact the other XXXX entity that provided the home phone service and Internet, they would again re-direct me to contact the wireless store to settle the debt. I tried to settle this debt at, at least, two XXXX stores, and told once again, they have no records on file for this debt.

Consumer Complaint: Wrote letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX XXXX requesting validation of debt and to provide legal validation as required by my state that I have an account with them or any liability to pay them. I do not have any obligations, contracts, agreements to pay and disputed this debt in its entirety via tracked mail directly to the company and they have provided no response validating my request. However they continue to place miscellaneous balance increases to my XXXX XXXX XXXX reports, XXXX has removed this from my reports as it is clearly a violation to report inaccurate information. This is an attempt to resolve this matter without further harm to my credit file and having to take additional action against XXXX and their illegal reporting practices. the last that I saw in my credit files was an amount of XXXX XXXX which continuously increases little by little. Upon contacting the listed OC - original creditor I did receive a letter saying it has a 0 balance and has been with another company aside of this XXXX XXXX. it reflects a false balance, it reflects false responsibility, it reflects inaccurate dates which affect the Statute of Limitation of the credit agencies. This should be deleted from my file of XXXX and XXXX as it is in violation of many reporting laws.

What is the last date of activity on this account ( XXXX ). Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 805. You are hereby notified to CEASE AND DESIT all further communication with me in regard to the referenced debt. Failure to abide by this law will result in a complaint being filed against XXXX XXXX GROUP with the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX state and mine, and also your own company management. Consumer Complaint: I have sent several letters to LVNV Funding and sister company Resurgant Capital Service dated XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXXrequesting validation that this is indeed my account. They have not responded to any of my letters sent Certified Mail, which I do have proof that they received it due to signatures. They have not provided me with any kind of validation bearing my handwritten signature or that I have any contract with them. I, therefore, request that this account be closed and removed from all 3 credit reporting agencies. I have given them an ample amount of time to verify this debt and they have not done so. Consumer Complaint: A few months ago I realized I was the victim of Identity Theft and some credit accounts were opened in my name unlawfully and charges were made unknowingly to me. I discovered the theft from viewing my credit reports from all XXXX bureaus. I froze all of my credit files, completed an ID Theft Affidavit with the FTC, obtained a police report from my city, sent Affidavits of denial and ID Theft to all creditors and collection agencirs that contacted me trying to obtain money from this clearly fraudulent account. These collection agencies continue to try and collect from me and not remove these items from my credit reports. The collection company is XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a balance of {$400.00}. I have XXXX numerous notifications to these companies that this is identity theft yet they continue to show on my credit reports despite me being the victim of the crime.
