Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/XXXX an account by the name of Cach LLC in the amount of {$9100.00} has been affecting my credit report. I didnt realize until I check my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX that I had this error ... So I instantly filed a dispute letter to all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) 30 days later I receive letters from XXXX and XXXX stating the deletion of this account. Greatly pleased with the results of how fast they fixed the Incorrect error. However I dont think XXXX is taking this matter serious ... .I have called them and disputed this account as fraudulent And not belonging to me but still it remains with no validation. At this point I dont feel XXXX is following the guidelines of the FCRA and removing this account from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: The original creditor account was through XXXX XXXX XXXX but that charge was disputed due to the account being mischarged and incorrectly billed. XXXX XXXX removed the derogatory mark from my credit report but appear to have sold that account to multiple collection agencies. LVNV Funding LLC has recently removed the collections account from my credit report but this accounts was THEN given to Resurgent Capital Services ( see scanned letter ). This account has been closed and originally removed from my credit. I need the multiple inquiries and collection attempts to stop, its too much for me to handle and is ruining my credit score.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt was result of identity theft
Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2018 a legal hold was placed on my XXXX bank account for {$4600.00} by the company LVNV Funding LLC. When inquiring about the origin of the hold, this company told me they do not have the information about the original debt but have the amount owed and the dates these purchases were made. The dates of the purchases are from when I was a teenager and the name on the account is not my correct name therefore is related to fraud/identity theft. When I contacted them about this they forwarded my call around what seemed like their entire company phone system and no one was able to help me file a claim for fraud. The hold has been on my account for almost a year and no resolution is in sight.

Consumer Complaint: My identity was stolen on XX/XX/ 2017. This electric company says I owe {$800.00} and put it on my credit. I contacted them and faxed them proof that is wasn't me and they say I still owe it and I have to pay. I'm trying to buy a house and they won't remove the debt from my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: About 30 days ago I submitted a dispute to XXXX regarding an account that had been previously DELETED, yet unexpectedly added to my credit file again. I asked the reporting agency how could they add a debt that was one, proven not mine the first time I disputed it, and two, that you did not validate before added an account that had already been removed. XXXX confirmed the debt, without validation as this is NOT my debt, I have never had business with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The debt that was deleted was LVNV Funding LLC. How can the same account be owned by TWO creditors, and also they have attempted to ILLEGALLY re-age the debt to the time is seems like XXXX XXXX XXXX purchased the account, which is a direct violation of the FCRA. More importantly, this was a debt that one company claimed to own ( LVNV Funding LLC ) two years ago, XXXX validated it without cause, then deleted it, they were supposed to notify me in WRITING of an attempt to add a debt that had been previously removed as invalid

Consumer Complaint: This company summoned me to court in XX/XX/2017 for this same creditor with the same fake claim. I immediately requested validation/assignment contract from them. Not only did they send me the same robo letter, they illegally tacked on extra charges on their initial claim. Even though I was not satisfied with the proof they provided in the form of robo letters, I agreed to settle the issue with them to avoid having to take time off work to go to court. I agreed to pay {$700.00} to them which was paid in XX/XX/2017. Now here we are again with the same issue. I'm being summoned to court once again for the same debt/same creditor, same robo letters stating that I'm being sued for breach of contract. WHERE IS THE CONTRACT that was supposedly breached? This greedy company should not be allowed to continue to harass people about old claims with no proof, only sending fake robo letters. I never signed a contract with them, nor do I owe them any money. I never owed them money in XX/XX/2017, but agreed to settle the account in XX/XX/2017 to make it go away, even though I believed that their first claim was fake. If they have a legitimate claim and are allowed to take people to court, they need to make sure that they have the proper paper work to back up their claims. They don't and they should not be allowed to waste people 's time. I am a hardworking citizen and do not appreciate being harassed by false claims. I am not planning to pay this greedy company anything else and I'm asking that you please look into their greedy business practices. Thank you.
