Consumer Complaint: I paid off 4 debts with XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they were holding my money and not paying my debts fast so they could collect fee money. I would pay them {$300.00} a month and they would pay {$10.00} a month to debtors. So I contacted the debtors left, one is XXXX Resurgent. They agreed by phone to let me pay the rest of the debt by paying the {$230.00} 2 months and the debt would be paid. I recorded the phone call 2 times. I asked them to send it to me in writing and the following month they demanded the payments without a letter. I said as soon as I get the letter I will pay them. They finally sent a letter but with the full debt of the credit card, which I never spent, without any of the payments from XXXX XXXX XXXX included. They are refusing to honor their agreement with me and XXXX XXXX XXXX so I can pay the debt. Please help.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2020, LVNV FUNDING LLC add a derogatory marks on my credit reports per XXXX and XXXX. Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold and I am no longer responsible for it. Debtors creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all.A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA LVNV FUNDING LLC has violated my rights as a consumer and I requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: LVN Funding had added something to my credit that was not mine, I disputed the account & it was deleted. A male called me with intimidating tactics & yelling out my address & info like I know where youre at. That was XX/XX/XXXX I also told the to cease & desist. The next day XX/XX/XXXX I was alerted byXX/XX/XXXX that LVNV Funding added a derogatory account to my credit report. An account that was deleted because it wasnt mine. I want them to send $ XXXX for continuing to contact me after I said dont call me & adding a fraudulent derogatory account to my credit report. It shows I opened an account XX/XX/XXXX with LVNV Funding. Please escalate because they must be doing this to lots of people.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX settled this account on XX/XX/2019 for {$1400.00}. The first payment was on XX/XX/2019 and subsequent monthly payments were made as indicated on the scheduled payment log, attached. These payments account for over a year of payments. Again, the settlement amount {$1400.00} is less than the amount ( {$2700.00} ) LVNV Funding is reporting as the correct balance owed. A false impression is created for everyone who are reviewing my credit reports. Additionally, it indicates that I am more deeply indebted than I actually am.

Consumer Complaint: Ive disputed items on my credit report with XXXX after contacting the collection company. The collection company never sent documents to me proving that I owed them anything. There is not a signed agreement or contract between me and the collection company. There is no cancelled checks. They dont have a copy of my state ID or anything proving that I owed a debt they are demanding that I pay. By law, contracts and or agreements with valid signatures are required to show that someone owes a debt. Bylaw, credit bureaus are required to furnish what they used to validate accounts on our report. XXXX never sent me anything showing how items on my credit report were validated not verified or certified. Their actions and the collection company actions violates the FCRA. I will pursue legal actions against both companies if those items arent deleted from my report immediately. They will be required to pay {$2000.00} for each item incorrectly reported on my account. FDCPA Section 809. Validation of debts [ 15 USC 1692g ] ( b )
