Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2020, LVNV FUNDING LLC add a derogatory marks on my credit reports. Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold and I am no longer responsible for it. Debtors creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA LVNV FUNDING LLC has violated my rights as a consumer and I requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I mailed a letter asking for validation an alleged debt. I only received an account summary which was not debt vaildation. So I wrote another letter on XX/XX/2020 addressing that. My requests were ignored on two occassions and I know the letters were received because I mailed them certified with return receipt so i could know. On XX/XX/2020, I noticed this illegal debt was still showing on my credit report so I mailed another letter to them of estoppel by silence which I read about online. On XXXX XX/XX/2020 they sent me correspondence again which stated it was an attempted to collect a debt and sent an account summary and a bill again which is not debt validation. On XX/XX/2020, I mailed another letter addressing that it they didn't validate the debt per fdcpa. On XX/XX/2020, they mailed me more correspondence which clearly stated this is an attempt to collect a debt a nd just basically said that they manage LVNV Funding LLC. To date, this illegal debt is showing on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: LVNV Funding, LLC along with XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ( XXXX XXXX ) are doing this here with me and numerous others in XXXX County of Texas. Since the Pandemic was declared on XX/XX/2020, they have filed my lawsuits with the district court and other smaller small claims courts through the XXXX XXXX XXXX area in XXXX Texas. The Government, specifically CFPB, needs to intervene with these companies. Because people are too busy with other matters, they are succeeding and obtaining a full judgment from paperwork they bought for pennies on the dollar at the full balance they have been given by seller of those credit accounts regardless of the accuracy of those charges thus the totality of that balance could be inaccurate. I have not received proof of charges with signatures of mine nor credit account signatures for the breach of contract that has been claimed ; therefore, the complaint should be dismissed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.

Consumer Complaint: I had a credit card with XXXX 's that was opened in XXXX. XXXX Charged the account off and sold it to a debt agency by the name of Resurgent. However, both XXXX and Resurgent were reporting to the credit agency. One, under credit cards and the other under collections. I've never received mail correspondence from Resurgent about this account and as of XX/XX/XXXX the balance has gone up, when it was a different amount just a week ago. The balance owed has gone from estimated {$2100.00} to now {$2400.00}. I have no idea why

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX company sent me a letter in XX/XX/2020 stating that I needed to submit a request for validation within 30 days of receiving the letter. Request for validation of the debt was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX and LVNV Funding on XX/XX/2020 and a response was never received. Consumer Complaint: Please see Complaint # XXXX, which was closed without any documentation showing that this account belong to me. The collector written a letter to the CFPB claiming certain events, but did not attach any proof that this account belong to me. I want this complaint reopen and the collection company immediately send me proof of this account with my signature on any charges for this credit card account. I am very disappointed in the CFPB in closing this complaint only on words from the collection company. You gave this company 60 days to respond and they written a letter with no documentation attached and you took their word. Thank god for a new administration maybe the CFPB will do their job like they did before this administration.
