The following data is either inaccurate or missing : Date last verified, date open, date last reported, disputed status, last payment, stating a pass due on a collection account, stating open account while in collection and derogatory all at the same time. Previously, disputed account with bureaus and results came back with copy of bill statements. This does not correct the inaccuracies that account is reporting.

Consumer Complaint: This company ran my credit as if they were a creditor and they may have obtained credit, Im not sure. However, they ran my credit 3 times and they are debt collectors, Ive never seen a debt collector run credit. They are not providing credit to me, so, why, would they run my credit? Weird, and a violation of my rights. I never gave permission to portfolio recovery solutions, to run my credit. Not even once, we never spoke, they never asked and I did not give them my personal information. This company was partially the reason I was denied for a home equity loan and a USDA loan to start a farm. Now I have nothing and I cant complete renovations on my house.

I sent them an several certified letter to signed upon receipt to present me in writing validation of the debt. I never received any validation of the debt. I explained do not recall the particular bill. There is no statement of activity and most recent date of XX/XX/2015 would make this account too old to even be on my profile. 1. Provide validation of the debt, that is, the actual accounting. 2. Verification of their claim against you, that is, a signed Invoice. 3. A copy of the Contract binding both parties ( you and them ), and send that letter by recorded delivery so that there is an independent witness to it having been delivered.
