There is no payment report in my XXXX XXXX XXXX, I would like to request for complete payment on this. Also, the balance says that I have XXXX balance. I'm not sure if the XXXX Bureaus have conducted a thorough investigation.

Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Associates sent me a letter stating that I owe them money for an old unrecognized credit card debt that I disputed as not mine, or no knowledge of this debt. I have an open unresolved dispute with XXXX and I noticed that this Portfolio Recovery Associates flagged my credit reports as " Collections '' on two separate occasions right after I opened this dispute with XXXX for this alleged account. My dispute is currently still open as to verify the accuracy of the data and ownership of this alleged debt. This company continues to damage my credit score even while there's an open dispute that has not been resolved as of today XXXX. My dispute with XXXX was opened on XXXX Portfolio Recovery Associates Flagged this disputed account on my credit report as " Collections '' on XXXX and on XXXX. ( I attached a copy of my XXXX alerts to show the above mention actions done by Portfolio Recovery Associates.

Consumer Complaint: After several requests and sending validation of debt letters, PRA continues to report on my credit. PRA has lied stating that they sent me copies of my contract showing proof that the accounts in question are mine and that I opened them when that is not true. PRA failed to supply EVERYTHING requested in my letters including signed documents/contracts and instead I have only received copies of bills and letters from PRA stating that they will no longer reply to my request. I do not think it's right that PRA can continue to report this disputed debt to all three credit reporting agencies, further causing damage to my character. They submit meaningless statements as if that should be enough while completely violating my rights as a consumer to receive ALL requested documentation per my debt validation letters. They claim to care about the consumer when in actuality, all they care about is screwing over people. I will continue to dispute these accounts until the situation is resolved to my satisfaction.

On XX/XX/2017 open a XXXX debt collection on me acct # XXXX ref # XXXX with there company. As well as, attached that XXXX debt to my XXXX credit report which I was never notified from them about the alleged debt they claim i owe them. First of all, I have never heard of this company in my life. They have never contacted me by phone or mail about this debt issue in the four plus years this debt been placed on by them. Secondly, I have never signed a contract with them or any other service agreement with this comany. Thirdly, this company has been violating my Consumer Proctect rights for over 4 years.

Consumer Complaint: Pursuant to 18 USC 8, i owe no debt. This company is violating my consumer right to privacy pursuant to 15 USC 168 1b 2. company also has NO permission to report ANYTHING using my info pursuant to 15USC1681 4. I've made several correspondence attempting to settle this debt and there has been no appropriate response. Company has been asked to validate the debt they are reporting against me and are not able to, but still reporting an unvalidated debt which is you know is against fair credit reporting act. They are in violation of server UCC Codes as well. This debt is discharged and they do not seem willing to remedy this.
