Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I paid a balance to Portfolio Recovery Services to settle the account. The agency offered me a 20 % savings to pay the account and agreed to delete it from all three credit bureaus. I paid the {$360.00} and the company is now reporting the remainder as a debt and will not delete the account as stated in the agreement. I have attached proof of their offer. I am asking fpr the company to honor their offer as I was under the impression paying the reduced rate would clear the account from my credit reports.

Consumer Complaint: Beginning on XX/XX/2002 including today XX/XX/2002 I have had 22 phone calls from PORTFOLIORECOV. Most calls show from CA, but also one each from TX, ID, IN, NJ, WI, KY and IL They have never left a message nor have I ever received anything written as to why they are calling. My son and I who live here have no unpaid overdue debt. I suspect fraud. All calls have been to my home phone that is a land line and some appear to be ROBO. I have listed all the calls including date, phone number city and state called from on a note pad, but I don't know that that will help in this complaint. I can send them, if needed.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted The President and CEO of Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC, via certified mail, twice in the past month. My mail is not being scanned as delivered and I have proof of sending it through USPS. I sent my complaint to the Attorney General of my state and PRALLC responded within 2 weeks. Now my letters are in limbo. I asked for debt validation and they sent me back invoices which isnt proof of indebtedness or obligation to repay a debt. Theyve also violated multiple FDCPA codes and Ive sent an Affidavit of Truth which still stands as fact as it was not challenged and even if it were, I have exhibits proving otherwise. I know my rights as a consumer and Im still waiting for verification/validation of the origins of this alleged debt.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I mailed a notarized affidavit to PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES , LLC asking them to provide verification, validation and authenticated accounting information for an alleged debt listed on my consumer report. So that I may study all evidence regarding the alleged debt. As of today 's date, I have not received the requested information or any correspondence. PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES , LLC is refusing to terminate enforcement and collection of the alleged debt or provide proof. On XXXX PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES , LLC were mailed a notarized notice of default Affidavit for noncompliance. They are in default and I will be filing a court claim in one week.
