Consumer Complaint: I have sent numerous certified mailings to XXXX and XXXX attempting to get the information for XXXX XXXX and Portfolio Recovery to be corrected or removed. After almost two years of disputing it is still reporting incorrectly on both reports! XXXX does not list either account, thankfully. Attached at the two most recent credit reports, as you can see both have incorrect information. I have a security freeze on all credit reports due to this ongoing issue.

Consumer Complaint: This company is falsely trying to collect a debt that is not mine. Bi law they have 30 to inform me before they take negative actions against me I am showing a court document which is public record that I was sent aced to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. So all those paper your showing going to a po box fraud. I was sitting in XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. And I didnt owe no debt then. I have requested numerous of time for proof what they mail me is two pieces of papers with my name an amount and a po box address .. this company is falsely causing pain and suffering.. I have tried to tell them nimberous of times I have been in XXXX so show me proof and if there was any proof they would have taken civil actions agains me since I was in a XXXX XXXX and could not move. I am a XXXX veteran and these two fraudelent reports are causing me extra hardship that is unlawful and violates the fair report credit act they have no proof of perchisas they didnt timely report me 30 days prior to taking actions agains and lastly they didnt file a civil order before the statue of limitations please remove these negative remarks before I file charges of fraud and before I file a lawsuit against you for messing with my live and causing me suffering

Consumer Complaint: This is the second time I had to do this with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX just sold old information to another credit collection agency which is called Portfolio Recovery Association this summer. I was unaware of this until I got a notification from XXXX. This resulted a decrease in my credit score AGAIN by XXXX points on XXXX. I filed numerous disputes a few years ago and finally it was taken care of and removed from my credit report. XXXX XXXX even sent me a letter they were going to remove it last time after speaking with them on the phone also verifying I had a XXXX balance. The following attachments show disputed results from last time. I want this removed from my credit report again, all of them because I am at a XXXX balance and I havent used this card in 3 years. If there is anything reflecting a balance it is not me. It is fraud.

Consumer Complaint: I am not sure exactly when I started receiving calls from portfolio recovery company. I have perfect credit I have not received any letters in the mail I have not received anything online telling me that I owe anything to anybody. I am able to check my credit report through XXXX XXXX anytime I want and it doesnt show that I owe anybody anything. this portfolio recovery calls from all different numbers and luckily my phone silences them but Im very tired of seeing this on my phone there is no reason for it since I do not owe them or anybody any money. I want this to stop. I have screen prints if needed for all the times they have called and from where. Thank you they all come in as portfoliorecov I will show you a few theres just too many. Finally received written notification of supposed debt owed but stated that original debtor were two other companies before it was sold to PRA. No detailed information from previous companies, no dates of when account was opened, closed, payment record or credit limits, etc. Very vague. XXXX credit report shows collection from PRA but also does not have any detailed information to determine debt is legit. I do not recognize this account as being mine.

Consumer Complaint: This debt was incurred in 2021 during the COVID 19 pandemic. I was unable to work due to having to XXXX XXXX my child who has XXXX XXXXXXXX. I alerted Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC of my circumstances. After I let them know of the circumstances, the debt was removed from my credit report, only to show up again a time later at a higher amount. Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC calls me every single day from different numbers ( I block one, they call from a different one ).
