Consumer Complaint: Portfolio Recovery Assoc - # XXXX - I have no signed contracts with this firm with my valid signature that obligates me to this debt. This is invalid and should be deleted from my credit report under Section 609 of the FCRA. This company has inserted this information on my credit report as an INTIMIDATION tactic to scare me to pay a debt that I didn't sign for or does NOT have my valid signature.
