I Know these companies have violated my right because according to the Fair Credit Reporting act 15 U.S.C. 1681 SECTION 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to the law, before any information inserted on my consumer report, it should be accurate. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) 2, it states that as a consumer, for anyone to get or use my consumer report, I must provide written permission as it relates to me the consumer. The law also states that the consumer reporting agencies must conduct a proper and thorough investigation. This has not been done.
