Consumer Complaint: Receive daily calls from multiple numbers. They are attempting to collect on a debt that was charged off 12 years ago. This is a non collectable debt. I have told 3 different representatives to remove me from their call list. The calls continue daily. When I block a number they call from a different number. Also Portfolio Recovery ( they ) has made and continues to make anywhere from 3 to 5 soft inquiries to my credit per week. There is no reason for any of this.Having already requested these actions to stop. They ignore my requests and continue the harassment. I'm fairly certain all of this is not legal. I intend to seek legal council, as I have been harassed for 2 years nonstop. This is first step in my process of documentation.

Consumer Complaint: The company was asked to investigate and validate the accounts that are being reported to the credit reporting agencies. They failed to do so within the guidelines of the FRCA and FDCPA federal laws. I have been reaching out for months with no to minimal responses that were delayed and avoiding sending any information that has been requested. The information currently listed is inaccurate and has yet to be validated to provide accuracy. It is affecting my overall financial stability due to my credit score showing false reporting.
