Is ok if PayPal don't want let me use their services but the money in the account I need get access. I see my account doesn't have any fraud activity. READ WHAT PAYPAL AGREMENT SAID ABOUT XXXX XXXX PRODUCT. XXXX PayPal XXXX XXXX is a debit card linked to your PayPal XXXX XXXX balance. The PayPal XXXX XXXX is not a credit card. PayPal is not a bank and does not itself take deposits. You will not receive any interest on the funds in your PayPal XXXX XXXX account. Funds you hold in a PayPal XXXX XXXX account are not insured by the FDIC unless you have successfully requested a PayPal XXXX XXXX. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/21 the XXXX deposited a retroactive benefit payment for {$7800.00} via direct deposit into my Venmo account. I have received other XXXX payments previous to this with no issues. On XX/XX/21 Venmo froze my account without providing a reason, asked me to email a copy of my drivers license, which I did right away, and there is no way to talk to an account specialist over the phone.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is towards paypal, On XX/XX/XXXX I was arrested and was incarcerated until XX/XX/XXXX when I was released I was trying to log in to my pay pal cause I know my department of labor benefits was deposited on there when try doing so I couldnt I call pay pal and they said my account is lock due to collections I was confused because I was supposed to have XXXX in my account I try to explain to them the story they pass me around to two department one department wich is collection telling to contact limitations and limitations tell me to contact collections then it was they was going to put in an report for me and then I aint here from them in couple days so call them some one told me after 180 days I cant file a dispute so if something happen in your life cause we all aint perfect but u dont have access to it and someone take over unauthorized and use all your money u cant file a dispute I feel like thats not fair I even had the officer that file my report call them and he said they aint help him or told him nothing so I ask if I could send in documents they said no that I got ta pay XXXX dollars why should I pay when I didnt have control of my account cause I was in jail I just need someone to help me on what to do to retrieve my money back I already contacted department of labor and they said contact your bank and nobody tryna to help me

On XXXX XX/XX/2021 in batches they sent into my Paypal first the amount of XXXX including the Payment of transfer the later in the afternoon they send again to my Paypal the amount of XXXX including the payment of transfer, in total I only got more or less XXXX and as expected it got higher that the projected amount l first mentioned. At that moment when l recieved the payment ... Paypal emailed me to explain my transaction ans send them my proof and l did. l even send them my XXXX lD, l also explained to them the transaction l did.. lt is actually the first time l made transaction with Paypal and my accout is new.. however l have a Paypal account before but XXXX already forgot the password fo l made new one ... The next day XXXX XX/XX/2021 They send me an email that my transaction in my Paypal will forever be limited and they will hold my money worth of XXXX for 180 days ... l try to reach out to them but maybe beacause of Pandemic it is quite difficult. They said that my transaction is suspecious but l provided them the screenshot of my transaction and my ID ... they are becoming unreasonable ... lt quite difficult nowadays and so l was trying to make some money online while on duty and yet this is what they done to me very disappointing ... l am hoping that through your agency the Paypal will be able to restore my account and be able to withraw my money very soon.. Thank You..

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I opened an XXXX store and a PayPal account to begin selling consumer products online. My store quickly gained popularity and I began making an abundance of sales. PayPal informed me that they had to limit my account and hold my funds for 180 days since the products I was selling were at risk products. All items were shipped with tracking numbers and were successfully delivered ( as per PayPal policies request ). On XX/XX/2020, PayPal withdrew my money ( which was {$3000.00} to be exact ). They closed my account and I had no way of contacting them due to COVID. The only feature they had available was the customer service chat which I could not use because according to the automated message, my account was limited. I have tried contacting them various times after that but have continuously been told that theres nothing they could do about it. They have my kept money ( even after having proof of the items being delivered ), and I need to recuperate as I did not authorize them to do so. It has been way past the 180 days and I have yet to see, hear, or be able to get any information on what occurred.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX payment was direct deposited into my paypal account on XX/XX/2021. Upon deposit I found out that my account was limited due to " needing to verify my identity ''. I followed the guidelines to verify and was told I would have access to my XXXX within XXXX business days. XXXX days later I received an email stating I was no longer permitted to have a paypal account, and any funds in my account will be frozen until XXXX days after the XXXX of XXXX, and after the XXXX days pass I would be sent instructions on how to collect my funds when they are released from the account freeze. They also started that by their decision is final and I could not appeal their decision. Ive called them multiple times trying to explain that there must be some.mix up. I only had the account for XXXX months at the time of the XXXX deposit and only made XXXX transactions in that time. They refused to look at my situation or the fact that I am unemployed already already drowning in debt and about to become homeless. This is a XXXX, to help us struggling people who were affected by the covid pandemic and the XXXX payments are meant for us to catch up on out debt. Well I think it isn't right that they can keep my funds because they say I haven't proven my identity. Can I do anything about this? I don't know.what else to do. Please help me. Thank you.
