I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE STATING THAT WE ARE BEHIND ON OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT OF {$1300.00}. I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY PAYMENTS SINCE IT WAS MODIFIED IN XXXX XXXX. WE ARE GETTING THESE PHONE CALLS FROM OCWEN STATING THAT WE HAVE TO PAY OUR XXXX XXXX PAYMENT, WE HAVE BEEN MAKING ALL PAYMENTS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE. WE WERE INFORMED IN A LETTER AND BY PHONE THAT WE ARE NOT CURRENT. I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH AND ASKED FOR MY PAYMENT HISTORY BY MAIL AND FOUND THAT A PAYMENT OF {$1200.00} ON XXXX XXXX, XXXX WAS NOT APPLIED CORRECTLY TO MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE CALLED ON XXXX XXXX, XXXX AND THEY HAVE STATED THAT MY PAYMENT HAD BEEN CHANGED AND WAS HIGHER THEN WHAT WE BEEN PAYING. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF THE CHANGE, NOW BY NOT BEING INFORMED OF THE CHANGE, THEY HAVE HELD MY {$1200.00} IN A SUSPENSE ACCOUNT AND STATED THAT THEY NOT ONLY HELD MY PAYMENT IN A SUSPENSE ACCOUNT, BUT THEY APPLIED PART OF MY PAYMENT TO THE LATE FEES THAT THEY ARE CLAIMING WE OWE. FROM THEN ON MY MORTGAGE IS NOW BEHIND, AND I AM DISAGREEING WITH WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. I CALLED ON XXXX XXXX, XXXX AND HAD SPOKE TO THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENT AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO INVESTIGATE WHERE MY PAYMENT WAS APPLIED AND WILL LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. SO I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH OCWEN AND THEY STATED THAT MY ACCOUNT IS BEING LOOKED AT AND WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 15 DAYS. I HAVE CALLED AGAIN ON XXXX XXXX, XXXX AND SPOKE TO THE RESEARCH DEPARTMENT AND THEY HAVE STATED THEY HAVE CORRECTED THE ISSUE, BUT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BEHIND. I AM DISPUTING THE WAY THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN BEEN APPLYING MY PAYMENTS TO MY ACCOUNT. Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received my credit report from XXXX. I noticed that Ocwen Loan Servicing turned us in to the credit bureaus as ND, no data for our XXXX XXXX mortgage payment. Please see XXXX report! Now, I printed a copy of our payment history from Ocwen Loan Servicing website on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. This payment history report reflects that our XXXX XXXX payment was received on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for {$690.00}. Please see the payment history report! Also, on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I printed a credit history letter from XXXX website. It reflects that XXXX XXXX, we were current. Please see credit history letter! On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I printed a credit history on Ocwens website. This credit history report reflects that in XXXX XXXX, we were current. Also from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX, Ocwen Loan Servicing notified the credit bureaus that we had no payment history. This is incorrect! We made our mortgage payment on time and if Ocwen Loan Servicing submitted no payment history available for these dates, then Ocwen has violated the law, The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) by not accurately submitting the correct information to all the credit bureaus. What Ocwen Loan Servicing has done is unethical and is bad business practices. Now, a CFPB report shows that action is being taken against Nonbank and Bank for inaccurate mortgage loan reporting! This is not the first time that Ocwen Loan Servicing has inaccurately reported our mortgage payments to the credit bureaus. Please see some of the other CFPB complaints against Ocwen Loan Servicing. Now, if Ocwen inaccurately notified the credit bureaus, then Ocwen must be held accountable for their actions. If Ocwen submitted current to all the credit bureaus and the credit bureaus submitted the incorrect information, then Ocwen Loan Servicing must provide proof/documentation to show that Ocwen submitted the correct information to all the credit bureaus so the credit bureaus can be held accountable for their actions.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I wrote to Ocwen Loan Servicing , LLC about the discrepancies with my mortgage billing statements. I De-Estrowed my property taxes from my mortgage XX/XX/XXXX so I 've been paying my property taxes myself and my taxes are paid current but, from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX the problem is what I do n't understand why I have been billed for Escrow in the of $ XXXX cents and past due fees/other charges for {$5.00} dollars per month also, negative Escrow amounts $ XXXX dollars for XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX a negative $ XXXX dollars, and {$35.00} dollars for XXXX months. I just reviewed my statement for XX/XX/XXXX there is that {$35.00} Escrow charge to my account. I 've sent them copies of my paid property tax statements. According to the letter they forwarded me dated XX/XX/XXXX they said that the information I provided does not indicate that I have a refund due. I think they owe me a refund. I ca n't seem to get these Representative at Ocwen do n't seem to understand what I 'm telling them it 's very frustrating I need someone to help me resolve this situation.

Consumer Complaint: We have filed several complaints about Ocwen Financial Services for force placed insurance for over 3 years. We went ahead and paid the amount for the force placed insurance when they started sending us late payments and foreclosure notices while fighting the charges. They finally reimbursed us the amount we paid for the force placed insurance and removed the escrow balance. However, they still have not restored our mortgage payment to the scheduled amount. They are charging us extra fees in the amount of {$13.00} for late fees/other charges when we have not been late ( see attached ). Additionally, they reported to the credit bureau that we were late XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX when they assured us that while the account is in dispute, they will not be assessing any late fees or report any late payments to the credit bureau. We sent them the attached email to request that they remove the late payments on our records but they have not replied. We would like Ocwen to restore our mortgage to its scheduled amount and remove any other fees that do not apply. Most importantly, we would like them to remove the late payments that they reported to the credit bureau as the account was in dispute during the time they reported these late payments.

Consumer Complaint: We had a mortgage with Homecomings Financial XX/XX/XXXX and in XX/XX/XXXX we became delinquent on the Mortgage. First delinquency was XXXX XXXX. By XXXX XXXX we received threatening letters and by XXXX XXXX we got a Letter of Default from Homecomings. We did not pay the mortgage XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. However we tried to work out loan modification with GMAC and were told that in order to achieve any type of modification we had to pay them something. Therefore we agreed to try and start paying something by XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. We worked very hard to pay what we could while believing that they were working with us on loan modification or possible short sale. ( all documents and emails are attached ) In XXXX XXXX Homecomings Financial transferred to GMAC. GMAC took a final payment from us and applied it XXXX XXXX XXXX then reset the clock for our first delinquency as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then, unbeknownst to us, they moved forward with foreclosure proceedings even though we were working XXXX jobs to pay a lawyer to help us negotiate with them on loan modification and/or short sale. By XXXX XXXX they foreclosed. Ever since they have counted seven years from XXXX XXXX as if that is our first delinquency but it is NOT. The first delinquency that led to the foreclosure was XXXX XXXX. We are essentially being punished for doing what they asked and sending in money in order to have them agree to work with us on loan modification. We are now actually almost eight years past first delinquency which was XXXX XXXX. But GMAC went bankrupt in XX/XX/XXXX so we are not able to get any documentation from GMAC or Homecomings regarding anything that happened prior to the XX/XX/XXXX transfer. The credit agencies will not respond to our multiple disputes ( more than XXXX ) and GMAC no longer seems to exist. In XX/XX/XXXX we were given the opportunity for government review of the mortgage with GMAC due to all the illegal dealings GMAC had been involved with. We declined. However, we now understand that was a mistake. I have reviewed the county records and discovered that GMAC used robosigning and other illegal tools in our foreclosure common to so many other foreclosures at the time. In addition, review of the records makes it clear that, at no time, did GMAC have intention to work out loan modification or short sale with us, but, in fact, intended only to take as much money as possible from us before foreclosing. At this point, we can not buy a house. For many years our financial life has been severely restricted no matter how financially responsible we have been. The foreclosure remains on record and the credit reporting agencies continue to reject our requests to delete the account from our record now that seven years has past. Now they are saying it will go off record seven years after the last activity which is the last time GMAC forced money out of us. XXXX XXXX. That can not possibly be legal. We need help. There is no way foreclosure can stay on your record for ten years just because GMAC is bankrupt. We have been financially damaged by this situation and we have been XXXX. For the last several years we have been asking only that the foreclosure be removed from the record. At this point we are demanding that the foreclosure be removed immediately. Not in 15 days, or 30 days or 60 days. Immediately. If it is not removed within 48 hours, we will file suit in superior court. We will file suit for damages including financial and punitive.

Consumer Complaint: This will be my second complaint against Ocwen in three months. I have applied to have my mortgage modified three times in the past year. Each time it was denied because we had the ability to pay the current payment. The loan was going to mature on XXXX XXXX 2015, and I contacted Ocwen a week before the maturity date to ask when I could submit another request. I was informed that as long as it was done before the loan matured, it would be considered for a loan mod. I asked the " relationship manager '' three times that if the request was submitted before the loan matured that was enough time to do a modification, and she said " yes ''. I submitted a request before XX/XX/XXXX., and on or about XX/XX/XXXX,XX/XX/XXXX, I logged-on to Ocwens website, and a message for our account stated that we were granted a 'trial loan modification '. Today XXXX logged-on to my account, and a message stated that our loan mod had been denied. I contacted Ocwens relationship manager, and told it was denied because the loan had matured, and they couldnt do anything. I am very upset. I have not recieved any consistent information from that company, and now we are in danger of losing our home

First, Ocwen 's claim of having received our mortgage is FALSE and could not have happened as they claim based on XXXX documentation and facts. XXXX transferred our mortgage to Homeward/Ocwen in XXXX KY and not Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC in FL. Second, we never made any claim to being untimely as the Ocwen letter XX/XX/XXXX claims which is an additional new false statement. Even if Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC in FL and Homeward/Ocwen KY are the same company or affiliates a new RESPA Notice would be required to change the mortgage payment name and address from XXXX different names and XXXX different addresses XXXX in KY the other in FL. I believe the CFPB should compel Ocwen FL to prove they obtained servicing from XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX or leave us alone. Where is the RESPA Notice changing XXXX in TN to Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC in FL? Where are the Transferor and Transferee RESPA Notices showing the same information? The XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Notice and the Ocwen XX/XX/XXXX Notice has entirely different information which means it is invalid and false. I could n't find Homeward/Ocwen in XXXX KY anywhere in the Ocwen correspondence

Consumer Complaint: I am writing this letter to file a complaint against Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC . The problem started when I was going through a divorce. I found out through Ocwen that My Ex husband was not making payments. I went on further with Ocwen to come to a agreement that I was told was going to help me become current. I was told to come up with a {$2000.00} down payment and to follow the payment plan. which I have done for about 18 months now. I was also told that my payment would not change. In XX/XX/XXXX I was diagnosed with XXXX and was hospitalized for 2 months. I was never notified by Ocwen that my monthly payment changed until I talked to my relationship manager XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I have payed extra monthly, which I later found out that the extra I have been paying Ocwen set aside and did not even apply to the back balance. Throughout this process I found out that Ocwen is also charging me for several modification applications and fees associated with that process. I have talked to my relationship manager monthly for over a year just to be told there is nothing they can do for me and I am further behind then when I started there agreement that is labeled Modification Forbearance Agreement. The only goal I wanted to achieve was to keep my house for my family and I feel they have done nothing to help this at all. Ocwen has been marking me as late/non payment on my credit even though I have been paying them on time for over a year now.

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC is running some sort of insurance scam, are incompetent or just likes to harass those of us who are unlucky enough to have our loans sold to them. Every year they purchase insurance on my behalf for Hazard or Flood, even though I send them the documentation that I have purchased the insurance. In fact no matter how I send it to them ( Mail or Fax ) they never have a record of this, and it goes on for months, and up to XXXX calls a year and multiple submissions of the same documentation to resolve it. When they finally acknowledge receipt of the information many months have passed and during those months my payments are higher due to insurance added on. This is theft, or fraud plain and simple. Not to mention I get a letter every week threatening me if I do n't comply with their " orders '' even though I have complied multiple times
