Around XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX if this year I notice my mortgage was not reporting to XXXX, but was reporting correctly to XXXX and XXXX. I contacted Ocwen Loan Servicing and ask if they would report my account to XXXX. The representative replied to me that they report to all four major credit reporting agencies. I was instructed to fax to them proof they were not reporting my account. I faxed over to them all the required information to prove my case. Now I do n't want to make this real long so please understand that for months I 've gone back and forth with XXXX and Ocwen to get this resolve. As of today, it still not showing with XXXX. On XX/XX/2016, I spoke with XXXX and transducers me to inform Ocwen to get the person that works for XXXX and handles their account to get involved. I fax a written request to Ocwen asking them to speak with the liaison the have that works for XXXX to correct this. I still have not heard anything back from them as of today. Now this brings me to my second issue .... I went online to bring up my account with Ocwen to get their phone number and call them to get an update. I notice my name was different on the most updated statement and on there website page. My name has always been correct and written on all documents as : ( I 'll write it later ) the missing part on my current statement is XXXX And on their website, rather XXXX on it, it has an!, not sure why these changes are and if this is legal. I 've received no notice to legal change my name, by them, on any document 's nor have I ever given any approval for that.

Consumer Complaint: I am trying to retain ownership of my condominium through a modification process. I applied for a modification with Ocwen in XXXX XXXX On XXXX XXXX XXXX I was informed via telephone that my modification had been approved. Ocwen has their loans serviced in XXXX. My relationship manager has a very thick accent and I am unable to understand what they are offering me. I have called back several times and received different responses from different individuals all of whom were nearly impossible to understand. I have requested numerous times that my call be transferred stateside to the US and it is virtually impossible to get them to comply with my request. The language barrier and comprehension of my questions/concerns are proving too difficult to understand my legal obligations. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke with XXXX ( ID # XXXX ) and he informed me that the modification was temporary. My payment was dropped from {$490.00} to {$340.00}. I inquired about the details of the permanent modification and they refused to give me any details in writing about it. I asked for it via email and US Mail and was told that it was not possible. I have numerous questions regarding the terms of my temporary modification and what is likely to be on the permanent modification. I am very hesitant to sign the temporary modification because I feel that the deal is too good to be true. Additionally, I need for my relationship manager to be located in the US. A mortgage is a long-term commitment and binding legal document that I want to be sure that I understand everything before I sign on the dotted line.

Consumer Complaint: To : CFPB Im frustrated. I took a call today at XXXX with a representative of Ocwen. I was informed that my home is active in foreclosure. I have been challenging and appealing the matter for almost 5 months. As of today, Ocwen reps do not have and have not resolved the original appeal. Failed to take into account that I followed instructions. Cant find the {$200.00} check I sent for the internal review. Has not addressed this letter and the rep does not even know about this letter. Wants me to do another letter modification packet with Ocwen instead of resolving this issue on the appeal. Noted that I inquired about a payoff and I did not make a request which is a fraud alert activity on my account. Please stop the foreclosure action and review the records you agreed to review and resolve the valuation appeal that has been outstanding since earlier this year. XXXX Letter To : Appeals Unit, Consumer Finance Protection Bureau XXXX RE Loss Mitigation-Loan # Last 4 digits Sirs : I disputed the appraisal and assessment in XXXX. Consumer Complaint: My mortgage is with Ocwen. My loan to value ratio is ~77 % based on the original sale price 3 years ago. When I contacted Ocwen to have them remove the PMI on my loan I was originally told my loan had not crossed the 80 % loan to value threshold. I explained that their numbers were incorrect and that the original loan documentation proves it. They rechecked the numbers and agreed that I was at ~77 % loan to value. When I requested they remove the PMI charges, they said I would have to pay them to have an appraisal done in order to remove this. I offered to provide alternate valuations ( State tax appraisals ) that show my house has appreciated in value, but they said they can not accept anything other than an appraisal through their vendor. This is a clear case of extortion. I have met the requirements to remove PMI based on the original loan terms and have offered to provide current, alternate documentation to the value of my home, but they will not accept anything other than a vendor of theirs being paid for an appraisal. When I asked them when they would automatically remove the PMI charges, they said they would not remove them unless I paid them the fee to have the appraisal done. I feel like this in not only an extreme anti-consumer practice, but a clear case of extortion since my only options are pay them the appraisal fee or pay the PMI forever.
