XXXX XXXX has reported the account in a wage earner program ( it is not ), as a charge off bad debt not paid as agreed when the account has never been late is not charged-off is not included in any wage earner program as have not affirmed and just received and processed my payment on XX/XX/2018 for {$150.00}. This is on a account that has always been paid as agreed to date. The same applies to the NAVY Credit card and the XXXX credit card has been paid in-full by me.

Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal Credit Union is monitoring my credit in a fraudulent manner. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert of a new tradeline open and reported which is part of the 78 point reduction that has nothing to do with inquiry made on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX systems is built against the consumer not for the consumer to prevent fraud by those that work within financial institutions doing business in Maryland. XXXX rejects any rebuttals and/or reinvestigation of erroneous remarks and updates on any old account with error. Navy Federal Credit Union neglected to investigate fraud claim I submitted over 6 years ago pertaining to a fraudulent deposit into my checking account. There has been no new accounts opened under my social security number with XXXX XXXX at any time within the last 3 years.

I was responsible for the payments and was using my bank account as a holding of the money, I was responsible for receiving money, for the costumers to ability to pay for our companies services. i deposited a check to my account and was told that this was a fraudulent case and was handed a paper giving me information about my case and prior cases to my to familiarize my scenario.I called the company that was suppose to have this XXXX and was told that they had no idea this was going on, The Bank fee is at {$140.00}. Thank you, and I hope this fee is waived.
