Consumer Complaint: I recently attempted to apply for a Mortgage refinance with NFCU. When applying NFCU had a screen out process without allowing me to actually apply for a mortgage refinance. Consumer Complaint: I made a reservation at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 for {$350.00} that was to hold the reservation. The {$350.00} would be applied toward the bill ( I have the message to prove this ). The {$350.00} was not applied towards my bill. I used my credit card twice at XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 ; one for the amount of {$640.00} and again for the amount of {$370.00}. The {$350.00} should have been applied to either of those transactions but it was not. When I asked the server about it, I was told the {$350.00} would be returned to my credit card instead. The funds were never returned. I have tried contacting XXXX XXXX several times but I get no response. A dispute for {$350.00} was submitted to Navy Federal Credit Union. The dispute was closed by Navy Federal Credit Union without returning the funds. I have all the documentation to prove the {$350.00} should have been applied to my bill but wasn't and I am not able to reach XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: My husband and I transferred money to an account holder with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021. This money was for a rental that we had inquired about. We later found out that the rental property we had was copied and listed on another website by someone that was acting as the owner. The owner is being impersonated by someone else. We transferred XXXX dollars to the other account on XX/XX/2021. On XX/XX/2021 I filed a claim with my bank ( Navy Federal ) to return the funds XX/XX/2021 I followed up with them and the bank started the dispute process XX/XX/2021 Navy Federal sent a letter to the other bank I have an email thread of over 100 emails with the person who is impersonating the actual owner. We have yet to hear back from my bank regarding the funds being returned, the other bank has not responded to the dispute. This happened because the actual owner of the home had the home listed for rent and someone else had copied the listing and put it on another site, which is where I found the listing and inquired about it. I need assistance in getting the funds returned to me.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 my bank ( Navy Federal Credit Union ) sent me letter for the transfer of {$18000.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX which i requested. I provided them this account number ( XXXX ) on the check and this address ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, California XXXX ) but they omitted the XXXX XXXX. The check went and it was endorsed and cashed at XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 onto Account Number XXXX. XXXX XXXX contacted me again that they have not receive the money. I went back to Navy Federal Credit Union on XXXX XXXX, XXXX to inform them of what has happened. They sent me to go to XXXX XXXX XXXX to ask about the account used to cash the check if the account belong to Navy Federal Credit Union in XXXX XXXX and i did. XXXX XXXX XXXX told me that they can not deal with me since the check came from Navy Federal, so they have to open fraud investigation and work with their fraud investigation team. I went back to Navy Federal Credit Union, and they are not willing to do it. They are trying to distance themselves. I have also called Navy Federal Credit Union also to investigate the account use if it was for them and transfer the money to close my loan account and they are also refusing to do that. I have provided them a copy of the check and the endorsement and my statement that show the transfer of {$18000.00}.

Consumer Complaint: While on vacation in XXXX I observed fraudulent charges being made on my account from Navy Federal Credit Union. One in XXXX for XXXX ( 1300 miles from where I was in XXXX ) one in XXXX XXXX for XXXX ( 1100 miles from XXXX ) and another charge with no location for XXXX. I immediately called navy federal and reported fraud and had the card deactivated. After reviewing my case Navy Federal Credit Union said that because the card was in my possession that the charges were not fraudulent and denied my claim. I feel that I took corrective action immediately and that Navy Federal Credit Union is not doing their due diligence in investigating my claim and protecting their clients as they are required to do by law. I would greatly appreciate any help rendered in this matter.

She had me falsely XXXX in XXXX and during that time her boyfriend had access to my phone, wallet, car and all my personal belongings. He gained access to my navy federal credit and debit cards and also my online banking. During this time he completely cleaned out my checking account until it was neg almost XXXX and ran my credit card up to over XXXX. Navy Federal is the lean holder to my mortgage and since this all happened I filed 2 fraud claims that Navy Federal has sided against me.
