Consumer Complaint: I have a credit card with Navy Federal Credit Union. I have multiple ( 20+ ) fraudulent charges from a company called XXXX XXXX. I have been trying to get this resolved with my bank since XXXX but they keep denying my claim. Navy Federal told me it was a money order company overseas. I have contacted XXXX XXXX but I never can get in touch with a person. I am not sure what else to do. My father advised me to submit a complaint to you and if that doesnt help seek legal advice. I pulled my credit report and realized that Navy Federal and Transunion are violating my Federal Rights as a consumer I, XXXX XXXX, Did NOT Give them permission to furnish these inquiries on my credit report. Under 15 USC 1681n, both companies are civil liable for willful non compliance. An Agent Named XXXX said she was not deleting them and then rudely hung the phone up in my face as I was trying to get these items of my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: BACKGROUND : In XX/XX/XXXX I was offered and accepted a 3 month forbearance on my Navy Federal Credit Union Mortgage. in XX/XX/XXXX the forbearance was automatically extended for an additional 3 months. In XX/XX/XXXX I was offered Covid 19 Post Forbearance options. I chose the Flex modification option. In XX/XX/XXXX I was presented with a Flex modification offer, in XX/XX/XXXX I accepted offer and made 3 trial payments in accordance with terms of offer. in XX/XX/XXXX i was presented with and signed final Modification documents. COMPLAINT : In XX/XX/XXXX there was a significant decrease in all 3 of my credit scores ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ). They all reported delinquency in the payment of my Navy Federal Credit Union Mortgage. in XXXX I contacted Navy Federal Credit Union concerning the derogatory credit report. I was told that it had been turned over to a representative for resolution. when I contacted the representative he confirmed that my covid 19 forbearnce should not have negatively impacted my credit. he also stated that an investigation would be initiated within Navy federal Credit Unions credit reporting department. I have been contacting Navy Federal Credit Union on a monthly basis since XXXX but no resolution has been reached and it appears that no actions at all or being initiated. Further more, this account can not be 100 % accurate as there are open dates they have listed on my credit report varies between the 3 bureaus. How can one account be opened on different days? Consumer Complaint: ON XX/XX/2021 i filed a CFPB complain with the complaint number XXXX because navy federal credit union reported a late payment which was in violation of the covid-19 forbearance program regulations fortunately navy federal corrected my credit report. This morning i woke up to another late payment being reported to the credit bureaus what pains me so much is i manage to gather money and pay off the remainder of the loan i was so relieved when i did that only a couple of days later for navy federal to report a late payment on the paid off loan i am really disgusted about this i thought navy federal treats their customers well i have told so many people about navy federal and how great this bank is only for this to happen to be today i am beyond disgusted with this bank. I have several products with this bank including a business account shame on you. I need the late payment removed from my credit report please immediately. you guys say your mission is to always put members first so prove it

Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal incorrectly deducted {$2200.00} from the mortgage escrow account on XX/XX/2021, when it tried to make a duplicate XXXX tax payment. The tax had already been paid by the closing transaction attorney, as described in Navy Federals closing disclosure ( attached, prepaids page 2 ). The XXXX sent the check back to Navy Federal on XX/XX/2021 ( email attached ), but the funds have not been returned to the escrow account. The incorrect escrow shortfall caused Navy Federal to raise our total mortgage payment by {$210.00} going forward. I contacted customer service about this three times, each time they said they would respond in 10 days but never did. The returned XXXX check should have been voided or cancelled, and the funds returned to our escrow account, and mortgage payment returned the original amount.
