Consumer Complaint: Currently my bank has been holding every check I deposit for 5 days regardless of the amount. I have banked with them for over 30 years and have not had this problem until recently. When I called to discuss, they claim it is the Federal Reserve who tells them to hold checks and not on their end. I find this a bit excessive.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2021 I spoke with numerous representatives w/ Navy Federal Credit Union in regards to a credit account. I was seeking the debt validation letter from the company. They told me they did not have that, i proceeded to ask for the original instrument of indebtedness and the young lady expressed to me that they didn't have it because the alleged " contract '' was done electronically. I since have not spoken to them but they have continued to harass and use abusive practices against me through interstate commerce in regards to a debt that has not been validated. I have attached documents to show evidence of these claims, i also enclosed in those documents a debt validation letter to assure the company gets it.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I signed up online for a service from a merchant call XXXX XXXX. They sent me an email of a billing summary in the amount of {$95.00} also stating it was not billed yet. I reviewed my credit card statement on XX/XX/2021 and notice two charges of {$95.00} and {$94.00} post dated for XX/XX/2021. I contacted the merchant on XX/XX/2021 to request a refund because I didnt received a contract, receipt or services for what I paid for. The merchant refused me a refund stating they only issue refunds within 48hrs after reporting my rent to the credit bureaus. My rent was not reported, I didnt received what I paid for, I was charge and refused a refund. I contacted my credit card company Navy Federal to dispute the charges given the explanation above. Navy Federal requested supporting documents ( contract, receipts, terms and condition, communication trail ). I gave Navy Federal the only email I received from XXXX XXXX of the supposed billing summary not billed and the screenshot of the call I made to XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX didnt provide me with a contract or receipt for what they billed me for. My resolution is not being resolved between both parties and XXXX XXXX took nearly {$200.00} from my family mouth with nothing to show for it.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX , XXXX , and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. NAVY FCU bal. {$7700.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. Consumer Complaint: Back around XX/XX/2021 I received a notice that I lost my debit card privileges with Navy Federal credit union due to too fraud claims that they prematurely or better yet assumed we're me trying to pull a fast one or claim fraudulent reporting to those fraud claims ... Which at the end of the 90 day investigation turned out to be fraudulent however they penalized me for following the guidelines in there disclosures for a debit card..thanks to NFCU I had bounced a payment for my rent and my vehicle almost evicted the the most horrible part ... They marked my SSN with XXXX- XXXX XXXX XXXX- causing me no access to online certified funds but trapping me in there XXXX of an institution. Any other place for months denied me due to XXXX and them marking me HIGH RISK due to fraud ... I lost my cool quite a few times when calling in however when I was able to control my anger and XXXX ... I asked them to send the info that they used to come to this conclusion.. they said they will and never did.. they wouldn't file a complaint when I asked I talked to multiple '' managers '' but never anyone who could tell me anything about reactivating my access.. when I asked.. what is your all 's problem, it's it because I'm not an actual service member is it because I'm just related to one? Are you treating me this way because I haven't enlisted.. the man on the other side made a very disheartening ha then proceeded to quickly place me on hold.. I feel horrible to have ever backed a institution like this ... And thanks to them my life became so very stressful that, I already having severe health issues, caused me to be hospitalized. I am ashamed to have associated with such a disgusting institution

Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Thank you. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a foreign check was cashed in my account. The check was not endorsed with my signature nor was it endorsed at all. The only way someone can cash a check into their account inside a branch is with a valid ID. Therefore, the check was cashed into the ATM machine at the bank. The bank returned the check and when I actually came into the branch to make a deposit I was informed that my account was overdrawn and closed due to the suspicious activity on my account regarding that check. I made a payment on my account for {$30.00} in XXXX and was told once I made the full payment my account would be reinstated, after learning I was a victim of fraud. I paid the rest of the outstanding balance this year ( XXXX ) and was given a receipt for the transaction. I also provided documentation related to being a victim of fraud in this matter. The documentation I provided is in regards to a very serious matter and it is included that I was also a victim of fraud regarding my bank accounts being compromised. All supporting documents from several XXXX county legal team departments were provided along with the name of the person responsible. I have made several complaints to the bank regarding this matter because they are not doing a thorough investigation on this case that they claim. Provide video footage of the exact date and time the check was cashed at the ATM to show proof of who is responsible for cashing that check. This is a MANDATORY request. Footage MUST be obtained in order to close this case and be resolved, as the camera footage is the MAIN piece that will HELP solve this matter. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I recently lost part of my income and as a result I was charged an enormous amount of overdraft fees. Some that were charged repeatedly for the same ACH hold. I was unaware that you can receive multiple charges if the merchant decides to withdraw again. I have called Navy Federal Credit Union in hopes to dispute. However, the are not willing to review and comply. I feel that the terms of my membership has been breached.
