Consumer Complaint: Hello, My grievance is on the partiality ( Biases ) that Navy Federal have against XXXX Veterans 100 %, that have filed a Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy. This institution will not let previous members with financial problems due to life changing events to maintain their membership. I find that the ADA should also be aware of their biases against the financial strain of the XXXX. Also, they cant used I had some returned checks as I was being fraudulent. If that was the case, they would not have any members. Thank you Kindly! Stop the biases against the financially strained!!

Issue: Struggling to pay your bill

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to NAVY FEDERAL to try and resolve my account that was closed. While after trying to resolve and handle my obligation to the account I was redirected to an attorneys office who has not been very responsive after the first call and when asked about a settlement payment or resolution has denied my offers without presenting them to their client ( NAVY FEDERAL ). I wish to take care of this issue and asking to communicate directly with a Navy Federal contact that handles their credit cards. At this moment I had {$3500.00} to offer for settlement in a one time payment. I appreciate any help you can give and I look forward to your response.
