Consumer Complaint: JPMorgan Chase Bank I have a checking account/ savings account & a couple of credit cards with Chase bank XXXX On my XXXX card XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXPayment XXXX {$20.00} made on XX/XX/XXXX. I had instructed the bank to STOP this charge to XXXX XXXX & from this notice, they have NOT stopped the monthly donation charge. The full credit card # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX See message I sent again to Bank. I had notified the bank to STOP the monthly donation of {$20.00} to XXXX XXXX. " I looked @ my statement & on XX/XX/XXXX my card ending in XXXX was again charged the {$20.00} donation to XXXX ministries. YOU did NOT honor my request to STOP this monthly {$20.00} donation to XXXX ministries. I want this to cease immediately!!! I am making a report to Consumer Federal protection bureau since you did NOT honor my request to STOP this charge on my credit card!!! STOP itt IMMEDIATELY! '' PLEASE can you follow up on this as again I requested that this charge be stopped & yet the bank again charged me. I did notify the XXXX XXXX I was stopping the monthly donation. So they are aware of the stop payment!

I wanted to please reach out because I had requested for my account to be canceled and closed so I can avoid the overdraft fees, however, due to my XXXX, the representative said that I have to physically go into a store, I explain to them XXXX XXXX, and how I am unable to go into a branch. However, now my account is completely overdrawn. Im trying to please bring a current, so its no longer in the negatives. However, I was charged quite a bit of insufficient funds fees. I am please requesting for a courtesy waiver on those insufficient funds fees. That way I can please bring my account current. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The promo code entered was XXXX. Every month {$500.00} was deposited into that account from my employers account, and when I called Chase to ask why they hadn't funded my bonus yet they stated that my employer was not an employer... Which I have evidence directly refuting that claim attached to this complaint. I would like my {$220.00} bonus for completing the requisite milestones to complete the bonus... Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX and discovered XXXX companies are supposed to waive the annual fee. I have tried to resolve my issues with Chase for nearly a year and keep getting the run around. On XX/XX/2022 I was told by my fellow XXXX XXXX members that XXXX XXXX military member I should not be charged their XXXX annual fee. I showed them my XXXX proof of service, etc. They stated they did not have to give me a refund for the YEARS of charging me the XXXX annual fee when they shouldn't have. I am due nearly XXXX in fees that Chase REFUSES to refund! They keep giving me the run around, transferring me to their " military department '' which doesn't do anything except delay. Obviously, all banks are greedy, but this bank might take the cake. The ONLY correct resolution is refunding me the erroneous charges which they refuse to do. For other XXXX XXXX members, I highly recommend going to XXXX or other companies that actually take care of us and fix our issues.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I tried to book a hotel on Chase XXXX. The website was not working whatsoever, and it directed me to call an agent. Which proceeded to help me book the reservation and didn't disclose any addons or any extras on the reservation. The agent charged my card {$310.00} where he added {$10.00} for breakfast per person even though the establishment doesn't offer breakfast. Also made me pay a higher rate than the advertised price. I went to the hotel and stayed my day and got an itemized receipt that the actual stay was only {$250.00}, and chase charged me over the rate. Not only that I tried to call on XX/XX/12 and was on the phone for XXXX hours being transferred from Customer service to travel to help desk then he transferred me to benefits to get rid of me ( Benefits is handled by a third-party company )

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2021, my maintenance man got into my office and stole a company check and forged my signature. The check was for XXXX. I went to the bank on the XXXX morning to file a complaint with Chase and went to the police to file a report. After a few weeks Chase responded that they are not going to help me since I didnt lock my checks in the office. Fast forward a few months, I maintained a relationship with the maintenance man with advice from my lawyer in an attempt to get the funds back from him. He deposited the check into his account in XXXX XXXX but XXXX closed his account since he did not open it up correctly. He therefore never received the funds. I confirmed this with XXXX and they told me its under investigation. Then XXXX said that Chase should contact them to resolve and if all checks out they would send the money back to chase. I re approached chase with the updated information and they added it to my file. 3 weeks later the Executive office called that they stand by their decision and will not assist me. I told them that I am not asking them to credit my account but to please reach out to XXXX to resolve the issue. They stated that they will not since I didnt lock my checks. I am very frustrated...
