It is clear that bullying me is XXXX discriminatory. My name is XXXX XXXX, and my phone number is XXXX. I want to be fair to me. Everyone only needs one of the two. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I intended to make a cash deposit of {$3500.00} into my Chase checking account using the outside ATM. As I continued with my deposit I noticed an error with the machine when it counted the {$3500.00} as a {$1800.00} amount. I pressed the cancel button on the ATM thinking I would be returned the {$3500.00}. The machine returned {$2000.00} of my initial amount of {$3500.00} resulting in a missing cash amount of {$1400.00}. I contacted the branch of XXXX where the problem occurred and filed numerous claims to resolve this problem. Chase customer support was very rude and disregard my financial lost. I was told I would receive a credit to my account meanwhile the investigation takes place so that I wouldnt have issues with my finances. I never received the said credit. Its been over 2 months and Ive not received my money, I have fallen behind on my mortgage and bills.

XXXX for my daughter and XXXX for myself. As well as I opened a checking account to transfer money for bills. A day or XXXX later I tried to access my online account and it said my account was locked due to suspicious activity and I called to unlock it. I was told that chase restricted all of my accounts and that they decided to discontinue the relationship with me as a client. I am still trying to figure out what suspicious activity there was that my account was locked. This is the second time this is being done to me and I am being left without a bank account and no access to my funds. I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX child and now I have no funds to support her until My next pay.

Consumer Complaint: My XXXX XXXX children have checking accounts, with debit cards, with Chase. Recently, my checking account was closed with a negative balance. After I was released from the hospital, I reached out to ask if the funds in the XXXX XXXX accounts would be used to resolve the balance in my closed account. I was told no. For the last week or so, we have tried, unsuccessfully, to access their money. We tried to withdraw it within the transaction limits from an ATM and have even walked into branches to withdraw or close the account with no success at all. These funds are my daughters ' XXXX and XXXX XXXX money. It is getting extremely frustrating that no one seems to know to release these funds to us so my children can have them.

Consumer Complaint: First I have looked for this judgement that was filed against me all over the internet and XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pages and couldnt locate a single socket for it. There was XXXX for a magistrate in XXXX XXXX but was closed but nothing for XXXX court of common pleas. I don't have any knowledge ever signing anything regarding this judgement back in XXXX either. Recently I was contacted by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX ) regarding a judgement recovery. XXXX XXXX XXXX, assignee of XXXX XXXX v XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX court of common pleas docket no. XXXX, mentions chase bank was the original creditor and the judgement was entered on XX/XX/XXXX. It's now XXXX and this is the first I have heard about this judgement from 11 years ago. Wasn't chase suppose to stop all judgements between XXXX because they got into legal trouble? Why is this company harassing me now and threatening to sheriff sale my stuff, bank accounts, ect? I just received a paper on XX/XX/XXXX and now as of XX/XX/XXXX I already received a second paper stating praecipe to update judgement debtors address. I seriously don't even know what to do regarding this but I'm not in a position to be paying unforseen bills when it's hard enough to get by as it is. I don't own a home, a car, nothing cause life is very hard to get ahead with the XXXX and rising costs of inflation we live in and all of a sudden someone tries to get me to pay something from 12 years ago. This is insane. XXXX hoping this is something that chase just missed and can be thrown out cause I really have nothing to offer them. I have all the documents I have recently received if you need the copies of them. Thank you.

Issue: Opening an account
Subissue: Account opened as a result of fraud
Consumer Complaint: I discovered on XX/XX/ that a Chase Total Checking account was opened in my name on XXXX I had received an email notifying me of the account being opened on XXXX at XXXX. After I discovered the email the following day ( XXXX ), I called Chase to inquire if the email could be fraudulent. After providing my SSN, I was informed that the email was real and an account had indeed been opened using my information. They informed me that the account would be frozen and stated that I should contact all 3 credit bureaus to freeze my credit which I promptly completed on XX/XX/. Additionally, I discovered that I had also received an email on XX/XX/ at XXXX from XXXX thanking me for opening an account as well as two additional emails from Chase Online Service Team notifying me of my Online Contact change for my address and phone number. I went to chase bank on XX/XX/23 to complete their fraud packet and get more information about the account to provide to the police for their investigation. I worked with banker XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). There I was told that I could only be provided with the account number but no other information about the account ( address or telephone number on file ). I was told to provide number of the banker to the police who could then be given this information. I then went to the local police department in XXXX, SC on XX/XX/23 and began the process to file a report of identity theft. I initially spoke with an officer XXXX and an investigation report with case number XXXX was created. I have since been in contact with Investigator XXXX who has been trying to contact Chase banker, XXXX XXXX to provide additional information about the fraudulent account that could not initially be provided to me. Since our last communication, he has still not been able to speak with banker XXXX. I also requested a credit report from XXXX and discovered a phone number associated with my credit that I did not recognize ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have since disputed this contact information and have had it removed from my credit report. On this credit report, I also noted several consumer report views/soft inquiries of companies Ive not had any personal dealings ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX JPMCB, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I do not have any hard inquiries on my credit report or potentially negative items on my report.

Consumer Complaint: I have not received a statement from Chase Bank during XX/XX/XXXX and since. In XXXX XXXX I attempted to submit an address change at the bank 's online site. The bank would not accept the address with a message that it was invalid non-existing. I tried several times but each time the change was rejected. Yet, I had no such problem with any other accounts, including credit cards, financial institutions and utilities. All other companies accepted the address change. So, I called the bank 's customer service. A representative stated that it was invalid, but she could override it and enter the change. Yet, no statement ever arrived even though it should have during the second half of XXXX. After XX/XX/XXXX I again called customer service. I was told that the statement probably was delayed by the XXXX because of holiday volume. Today, XXXX XXXX I again called customer service. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX asked for my address. I gave it. She said that the bank 's records showed a different address. I asked her what address was shown. She said that the bank 's policy prevented her from telling me. I asked what happened to my XXXX statement. She did not know to where it was mailed. I pointed out that the bank obviously entered a wrong address or its software messed up, when I called in my new address. I requested a copy of the XXXX statement and any upcoming XXXX statement. And, I said that because the bank erred I should not be charged any late fees or interest, especially since I have had a perfect record of paying on time on the XXXX Chase accounts I have. She refused to reverse the interest charges. I then asked for a XXXX. After a half hour on hold, I spoke with XXXX. She blamed me for making typo mistakes. She indicated that I entered my new address incorrectly. She claimed that I never called. Clearly, Chase Bank either lies or has corrupted / missing records. I told her that no other company had a problem with change of address. he dismissed this because she said the bank uses the same system for address changes. Then, why did the bank mess up when no other entity did? Clearly, because its IT is a mess. Yet, she admitted that the XXXX statement did not come bank to the bank. This confirms that the bank erred in sending it or lies that it was sent, She also said that a XXXX statement was generated- for the wrong address which she still would not identify for me. And, she made it clear that additional late fees interest were added. She refused to reverse the charges caused by the bank 's failures.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I received a fraudulent text and phone call from a spoofed phone number posing as Chase Bank. The person over the phone gained access to my account and also instructed me to wire money into an account which was labeled as a new account for myself. Thinking this was really Chase, I followed through - wiring over 12,000 dollars. Hours later my account was locked so I called Chase for myself to find out this was a scam. That same night, I reported the fraud. We are now at XX/XX/23 and there is no resolution. I have repeated the information to Chase several times now with no end in sight. Supposedly, a wire recall as been initiated but they have not given me an update. I just need my money back because I emptied my account that day. I have reported this to my local police department and the FBI as well.
