Consumer Complaint: I am referring to case number XXXX. I.C.System collection agency has posted a fraudulent collection on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX had been paid in full, no demand for payment has never been received from I.C.System or XXXX XXXX XXXX and my score has dropped XXXX points following this fraudulent collection. My dog was treated four times. According to the XXXX, I was responsible for a total of {$2100.00} ( {$320.00} x XXXX ) for Weeks 1 and 3, {$810.00} for Week 2 and {$630.00} for Week 4. I paid {$2100.00}. Therefore I do not owe them any money. The fact that they tried to take advantage of vulnerable people suggests that we are not their first victims.

Consumer Complaint: I took XXXX dog to XXXX XXXX hospital to the vet and made monthly payments of XXXX. To my knowledge this was not credit or a loan kind of deal but more as a pay as you go for service. I called around. XXXX/XXXX to cancel the debt the debt was never canceled by XXXX and they continue to charge me up to XXXX XXXX. After my dogs care had stopped there in XXXX being the last month he was ever seen in that hospital. I received a letter saying I owe XXXX to I.C. Systems. I attempted to call them because I Believed it was a scam and I I never heard from them again. Today it was report to the credit bureau. Which I do n't understand cause it was never a credit and I refuse to accept that debt because my animal stopped recieving care. Not only that I.C. systems never followed up with me. I am willing to pay what is owed up until XXXX/XXXX and have the removed from my credit report because it is unfair that I 'm being overcharged for services that was n't Provided after XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I received an alert from Credit report monitoring service that negative information was posted to my credit report by I.C. System. I did not know what it was about so I contacted the collection agency. They said that they sent XXXX letters regarding the debt from Medical Doctor office and have not received any response from me so they have posted debt to my credit report. I have not received bills either from that doctor office or from I.C Systems. The bill was from XXXX XXXX when I was admitted to hospital with emergency child delivery and I paid hospital in full. I had no knowledge of bill coming from other doctor office. When I called I.C systems they kept saying that I was supplied the bills and have ignored them. I always pay bill on time, never had debt reported and I clearly was not aware of this. I followed up directly with Doctor office and they advised to deal with I.C XXXX. They said that letters were sent and returned by Post office as they were missing apartment number. They did have my phone on file but have not contacted me to notify about the bill. I am yet to file a complaint regarding this doctor 's office practices. I decided to pay I.C System in full ( {$300.00} ) as they now had my debt and I needed it removed from credit report. I made a payment in full on Monday, XXXX XXXX, XXXX. They said they will send update to credit report the following week. On XXXX XXXX I received a letter in the mail from IC Systems dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX that looked like initial letter from this company. It notifies me that they would like to collect a debt from Doctor office and would like to make payment arrangements. They even offered to use tax refund ( if there is one ) to cover this bill. There was no mention that they have already reported this to Credit Bureau. I believe the I.C System did not follow procedures. They reported debt to Credit Bureau before sending request for payment to me. I would have paid the debt and I do n't need to have it reported. In fact, I would have paid it to the doctor office if they did n't fail to contact me. Instead the lady from I.C System was rude and kept saying that I was delivered XXXX letters from them and previously from doctor, that was not the case. The 1st letter I received was the above mentioned.

Consumer Complaint: I received a final statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX via USPS mail on Saturday, XXXX XXXX, 2016. The notice was dated XXXX XXXX, 2016 and had been mailed an old address. Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2016 I contacted them via the phone number listed in the letterhead, explained I received the statement, needed to change my address, and would have the first of four installment payments in the mail soon. According to the document one option of payment was to make " 4 equal interest-free installments '' and " The 1st payment due within 30 days of receipt of this statement ''. I put the first of four checks in the mail Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2016, also including a photocopy of the lower half of the letter with my signature as instructed in the document. No additional correspondence had been received from XXXX XXXX XXXX Associates prior to Tuesday, XXXX XXXX, 2016, so I mailed the second of four installment payments to the same address, with documentation as required. The following day I received a letter in the mail from IC System debt collectors, XXXX XXXX, MN, dated for XXXX XXXX, 2016, stating XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had sent my account to collections for delinquency. The amount of debt attempting to be collected was the original amount owed, minus the check XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had cashed on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX Associates the next business day, Thursday, XXXX XXXX, 2016 and asked to speak to a supervisor. I spoke with a gentleman named XXXX, who confirmed my paperwork and check had been posted to my account on XXXX XXXX, and cleared XXXX XXXX, 2016. He said I would need to talk to the collections XXXX, XXXX, to further clarify the situation but she was " out of the office ''. I informed XXXX that I had already put the second installment payment in the mail, and left my name, account and contact information and asked my call please be returned ; it was not. XXXX also told me they would contact the debt collector on their behalf and explain the mix up ; they did not. Monday, XXXX XXXX, 2016, after no contact had been initiated by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I again called the office, was told XXXX was " not in the office '' and they had not received my check. I again told them I wanted my call to be acknowledged and returned. I contacted the debt collector who confirmed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had made no attempts to rectify the misunderstanding, and it was suggested I dispute in writing with supporting documentation or my bad debt would by reported to credit bureaus on XXXX XXXX, 2016.
