Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding persistent inaccuracies on my credit report. Despite my repeated attempts to address and correct the following issues -late open accounts, public records, late closed accounts, accounts included in bankruptcy, and charge-offs, these inaccuracies persist, adversely affecting my creditworthiness and causing undue hardship. The Credit Bureaus are reporting different information from other bureaus. Per FCRA, reporting must be 100 % accurate or the information must be corrected. A public record that was inaccurately reported, such as judgments need to be removed. The late closed accounts, including the names of the creditors, account numbers, and the reported late closed status shall be deleted. The account included in bankruptcy, including the names of the creditors and account numbers shall be deleted. The charge-off accounts, including the names of the creditors, account numbers, and any other relevant information should be deleted. I have attach documentation that reinforces my claims and clearly demonstrates the inaccuracies of the reported late open accounts, public records, late closed accounts, accounts included in bankruptcy, and charge-offs. These inaccuracies are severely impacting your credit score and causing financial distress. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), disputed information needs to be corrected or removed immediately. I trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the persistent inaccuracies on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet Experian is reporting this information.. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been " validated ', let 's be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Experian and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer reports are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211 : Application For Award For Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: I insist that your bureau updates the reporting of late payment dates to accurately reflect the current status of the accounts. I understand the importance of accurate credit reporting and take my financial responsibilities seriously. However, it is essential to note that there were occasional delays in my payments. It is unnecessary and misleading to continue reporting late dates when the accounts have been paid and are no longer delinquent. The reporting of these late payment dates is adversely affecting my credit standing and does not accurately represent my financial history. Despite these temporary lapses, I made the necessary payments to bring the accounts up-to-date, and there is no outstanding balance that justifies the reporting of late payment dates. I was the victim and Im not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. I request a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter, with the immediate removal of the inaccuracies and the updating of late payment dates to accurately reflect the current status of the accounts. It is crucial that your bureau complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and rectifies these discrepancies without further delay. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXPLEASE UPDATE!!! I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXPLEASE UPDATE!!! I am requesting that the late payment markings be updated to reflect my accurate payment history. I expect to receive written confirmation of the resolution and the updated credit report at the earliest opportunity. The reporting of inaccurate late payment dates is not only misleading but also detrimental to my financial reputation, and I insist on a swift resolution to rectify this issue.
