Consumer Complaint: Wire transfer for {$310.00} XXXX has not arrived in my Coinbase account. I have an account with Coinbase and have verified my bank account through their process. On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I sent a wire transfer from my bank for {$310.00} to Coinbase with their reference number XXXX which should have taken only a few days to complete. This transfer has not made it to my XXXX wallet on Coinbase. I have contacted Coinbase using their support website and opened support ticket number XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I called Coinbase customer support and talked to " XXXX '' who informed me he would escalate my issue. XXXX also told me since the wire transfer was old, my funds would probably be sent back to my bank account. This has not happened nor has the money appeared in my Coinbase wallet. I have continually reopened the same support ticket to request a resolution but still no resolution as of today, XXXX XXXX, 2017. I have attached a copy of the wire transfer from my bank to this complaint.

I have also opened a case on XXXX support where I provided XXXX XXXX Wire traking info ) but I have got no anwser. Consumer Complaint: I have submitted withdrawal request of $XXXX from Coinbase account to my verified Bank account on XX/XX/XXXX. As per email from Coinbase the amount should get deposited to my account by XX/XX/XXXX. But the funds are still not deposited as of today XX/XX/XXXX.My bank account has been verified by 2 small deposits by Coinbase. So there should not be any issue with the account information.I initially contacted Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX but didn't get any response. After creating another support ticket, I got a response on XX/XX/XXXX that Conibase specialist is working on this issue. Later I contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX by support ticket but didn't get any response till date. Their Customer Service number have extremely long wait time and states that withdrawal related issues are not supported by phone.I have included the withdrawal reference number and other documents for reference.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX the trading platform for Virtual Currency owned by Coinbase is a scam. If you look at the candlestick graph for each individual coin you will see they follow the exact same path. This is because Coinbase is allowing " price fixing '' by a robot across all of their virtual currencies or running the " price fixing '' bot themselves. I have complained several times and it is quite obvious it is being done. In a fair and balanced market there is no way all the stocks will follow the same trading pattern on the same exchange. It 's a scam and needs to be addressed.

Consumer Complaint: I had XXXX us dollars in a usd wallet held on coinbase. My account is 100 % verified and I have used it multiple times. Bitcoin had started to increase in price so I wanted to buy some, after reading every detail on the website Nd reading faq to make sure no delay would happen, I decided to buy in at XXXX per bitcoin. The website states if using credit debit or usd balance it would be instant. After the purchase on XX/XX/XXXX the transaction stood pending and to be deposited by end of day XX/XX/XXXX. ( Stated on website ). I was not upset it was n't instant at the time, but now XX/XX/XXXX and my money is still gone and no bitcoin.. Basically I have had XXXX dollars stolen from me for false promises and I have emailed over 10 times including reaching out on XXXX and have had no responses, except 2 weeks ago stating they are looking into it. I just want my money back, but due to multiple people having this issue, how can there website state the purchase will be instant if it can take up to a month with nothing not even in faq stating this.
