Consumer Complaint: My Coinbase account has been locked out for over a month now. At one point I transferred over {$5000.00} from coinbase to XXXX. I tried to switch the bank account from my checking to my savings on Coinbase and at that point it would not let me re-add a bank account and it locked my XXXX account as well ( features of my Coinbase account are also locked ). I was invested in XXXX and the amount to which is now in there is much greater than my initial investment. I have called and submitted XXXX tickets and I can never get a clear answer as to why it was locked and when it will be unlocked. Tax time is coming up and I am concerned if nothing is done I will not know how much I have made off my investment. My Coinbase case numbers are XXXX and XXXX ( this XXXX created on XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Further attempts to contact coinbase through their support phone line have resulted in nothing after waiting in excess of 4 hours on " hold '' to talk to someone. This complete lack of service is unacceptable. Avoid using coinbase if you can.

Consumer Complaint: Initiated {$7500.00} ACH transfer on XX/XX/XXXXfrom checking account to Coinbase account ( US dollar wallet - no currency conversion involved ). Coinbase site states 3-5 business days until money will be available in my Coinbase USD account. {$7500.00} left my bank account the next day on XX/XX/XXXX. It is still not deposited into my Coinbase account. The max timeframe of 5 days has already passed. Coinbase website states they have degraded service due to currency conversion issues. However, there is no currency conversion involved in my order. A simple ACH transfer of {$7500.00} from my checking account to my USD wallet at coinbase, there is no conversion involved so this should not be delayed. Coinbase is keeping peoples ' money a lot longer than they say they will. XXXX is full of users with the same complaint. I have tried to contact Coinbase but their support is non-existent. Suggest to fine Coinbase and/or revoke their license.

Consumer Complaint: I requested a payout in the amount of {$2300.00} from this company on XXXX XXXX, XXXX at XXXX XXXX. The payout method was via Wire Withdrawal to my bank account, which charged me XXXX due to the expedited nature of a 'wire ' withdrawal. It had a guaranteed delivery date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. After having not received the funds on XXXX, I contacted them, and they briefly replied that they were working on it. As XXXX time was nearing, I sent them several follow up e-mails and failed phone attempts ( Customer support telephone line is almost impossible to get ahold of, and they claim they do not honor withdrawal issues via phone, only site login difficulties ), and received no replies. This money was intended for XXXX, rent, and a number of other bills that were due. I relied on this company to pay me out in the timeframe that was promised.. it is now 15 days past my withdrawal date, and 12 days past the expected delivery date, and I have not received a penny to my bank, or any valid e-mail responses indicating when my money will show up.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I executed a sale of bitcoin on coinbase.com worth {$6800.00}. The funds were supposed arrive in my USD wallet that same day ; the transaction message I received stated the following : " Your USD will arrive by the end of day on Friday XX/XX/XXXX ''. This message is still being displayed in the transaction records as per XX/XX/XXXX, and to date I have not received payment. The transaction status shows " pending '', while the sale of the bitcoin shows the status as " completed ''. I contacted customer support after noticing the Funds were not available the following day, and the company responded with an e-mail instructing me to look up potential causes for delays on their website. There was no information regarding delays for sales of bitcoin and funds not showing up in the USD wallet. As per the company 's site, USD wallet transaction are supposed to be immediate. I responded to company 's email several times asking for further assistance, but never received a response. My case has not been updated since XX/XX/XXXX. The company 's costumer support phone number does not handle transaction issues, which means I am out of options at this point.

Consumer Complaint: I have been doing business with Coinbase for almost a year, and although I have heard tons of Nightmare stories I never had an issue. That is until now. I requested a bank wire from them to my bank account in the amount of XXXX XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, and this should 've been done the same day, but it did say it could be completed on the XXXX. It is now the XXXX, and I cant get one answer from them. I have called, and after waiting for XXXX XXXX hours for somebody to pick up I was told to ju1st wait, and to stop complaining before she then hung up on me. I have written them on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and their site and I have gotten no response. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of people on XXXX who are posting similar stories. Nobody can even get one response. This is absurd. Not to mention they did a surprise listing by of a new asset called bitcoin cash, and there was massive volume increase for bitcoin cash on all the other exchanges before the surprise listing. Blatent insider trading. They said they are investigating their employees for insider trading, but that 's does n't help us. For a company making as much money as they are, and with as many customers as they have to not have a customer support system is ridiculous. I am hoping this company is n't a large ponzi scheme, but that is how they are acting. Please help us! There are thousands of ppl waiting for bank wires, and thousands in XXXX waiting for XXXX transfers. There were no warnings on their site until days after I requested the money. The first warning said XXXX business day delay, and now it says XXXX business days delay. It is XXXX days later. I will never use this company again, and i strongly recommend others avoid them too. I am begging you for your help. Many ppl have said they have frozen their crypto transfers as well. Something very fishy is going on. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased XXXX LTC from Coinbase (worth $XXXX USD at that time). My savings account did not fulfill the purchase, even though I explicitly authorized it, but the LTC was delivered to my wallet by Coinbase.Since XX/XX/XXXX, Coinbase has notified me of an "Issue with Recent Buys" that requires me to reimburse them for the $XXXX USD that never cleared. I am willing to do this, and repeatedly have tried, but either nothing happens (when I attempt to pay via bank account or credit card) or receive an error message that reads "There was an error processing the payment, please choose another method" (when I attempt to reimburse the $XXXX via LTC).This means that, since XX/XX/XXXX, my money and digital currency has been locked in the account. I cannot trade, withdraw, deposit or otherwise transact with the platform. I have called customer support 5 times and spent over 6 hours on hold, as well as submitted an email ticket, each to no avail. I need this resolved *immediately* due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies.
