Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022 i noticed an inquiry alert stating citi bank had collected my credit report from XXXX XXXX and XXXX i called them and told them it wasnt me and to remove the inquiries which they said they would, later i received a alert saying it was removed from XXXX but not the others. i received a letter about a week ago from citi bank dated XX/XX/XXXX stating they had changed the inquiry from a hard to a soft inquiry, which is not what i wanted or was told on the phone, but nothing about XXXX or XXXX. i called back and after being transfered several times i got hold of a ladywho claimed they had no knowledge of any of this, which i stood my ground and told her i had proof of it in form of the letter they sent me, she changed her tune then and said she sent emails to both XXXX XXXX XXXX i tried to dispute this with XXXX over the phone but thet said they needed a copy of this report so im submitting this, i just want this off my credit report

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I went to my bank CiTI bank to make a international money transfer to XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$6000.00} XXXX I got charged {$45.00} XXXX for the transaction, the bank told me like is Friday it will be taking around 3-4 business day to get the complete transfer to my bank on XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2022 I called to see if the transfer was complete and the bank told me that was missing some information from my recipient on XXXX XXXX, it was, what type of account was, passport number and phone number of my recipient, so I went to the bank to provide the information missing, the banker called the transactions department told him, that nothing was missing that we just need to wait a few more days to get the transaction complete, the next day I notice on my Citi bank account some transfer been made to my checking account for the amount of {$5700.00} dls and went back to bank to ask what was that money coming from they said that my transaction was canceled and the return the money to my account less money of what I sent that was {$6000.00}, and because when the canceled the transaction without letting me know the exchange dollar was less, I very mad with action been made.

XXXX acct XXXX I have attempted to resolve this issue to no avail. This was reported to the credit reporting agency without my consent and is a violation of my rights according to the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. 15 USC 1681 602A states I have a right to privacy. 15USC 1681 section 604A also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions..

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I opened a Citi Priority Account with Citi Bank under a promotion that promised to pay me {$700.00} once {$50000.00} was deposited in the account and maintained for a period of time. I deposited {$50000.00} in the account and all of the promotion requirements were met some time ago. I have repeatedly asked Citi customer service and " Executive Response Unit '' when my account will be credited to no avail. I initiated an investigation on XX/XX/XXXX and the analyst was to have resolved this in a time frame which has since expired. No feedback from Citi. I initiated another investigation through the " Executive Response Unit '' on XX/XX/XXXX with no response to date. I have called customer service repeatedly ( XXXX ) but they are in other countries and can not provide any information/update other than to say " it is under review '' and " we wish we could help you ''. They are in agreement with my complaint but can not assist directly. I filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and can provide a complaint ID if that would be helpful. I also have the complaint numbers initiated through customer service and the " Executive Response Team '' if necessary. I have since learned that the problem I am experiencing with Citi pertaining to promotions and their failure to follow through with payment following the timelines noted in the promotion language is not uncommon.

Consumer Complaint: I have a BestBuys credit card, and my previous credit limit was {$3500.00}. My balance last month was {$1.00}. I have always maintained my account current and made all payments, maintaining a good record with the company. I also have an excellent credit score history with all credit bureaus. I forgot to make the XXXX payment this month and I receive a letter from BestBuy stating that my credit limit had been reduced to 10 % of it was before to {$350.00}. See documentation attached. I am supplying with this complaint the letter I received, and two statements, one shown my credit limit of % 3,500 and the other shown the new credit limit of {$3500.00}. Since my credit limit has been reduced, this will impact my debt to credit ratio, which will impact my credit score considerably. I find that the measure taken by BestBuy Credit Services is disproportionate to the debt declared on the card statement, and disproportionally harmful. Also, I am concerned that this company might be treating minority clients unfairly. I have heard in my community about others who have had similar experiences.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a dispute for services not rendered as described ( false advertising ). Another credit card company investigated the same claim in my favor, and even though I did receive services, they were subpar. I provided emails, text messages, and photos supporting my claim. I also submitted complaints to the FTC, attorney general ( due to the false advertising / fraud ), and the XXXX. Citi bank wrongfully found in favor of my merchant and will not allow me to appeal.
