Consumer Complaint: Check payment made through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Check # XXXX for {$660.00} was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and cleared from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/XXXX, but the payment is not posted to my account. My account still shows a balance. Noticing the issue, I made another minimum payment of {$29.00} to avoid the late fee charges. I also contacted XXXX 's customer support, and the agents from the XXXX could not help me. After requesting to transfer to XXXX based customer support they hang up the phone on me. I took a shot and sent an email to resolve the but no luck.

Consumer Complaint: CBNA is reporting 60 day late payments on XXXX and XXXX for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. During this time period I was dealing with medical issues as well as contracting XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, which was the cause of my late payments. I ask that these late payments be removed from my credit report. CBNA did an investigation and agreed that the late payments were accurate. I'm not disputing the accuracy of the late payments. I'm asking for them to be removed because they were caused due to illnesses out of my control, including XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I was reviewing recent charges to my Citibank Visa credit card ( XXXX ) charge and noticed a large charge for {$830.00}. I did not recall any purchases of that amount and reported the fraudulent charge to Citi on XX/XX/2022 95 days after the reported charge ). This is shown on their website under fraud claims, see attached print screen. The claim was denied and forwarded within Citi from their Fraud Claims Department to Disputed Claims Department. This transfer was not at my request. On XX/XX/2022 the Disputed claims gave a credit of {$40.00}, again, this was not my request and is not a satisfactory outcome to the fraudulent claim. I have followed up repeatedly, requested any copies of original receipts showing my signature for the purchase and I have received nothing from Citi showing such a purchase. On another follow-up call in early XXXX, I was discussing the claim status with the fraud department and they transferred me to the dispute department who on XX/XX/XXXX attempted to reopen the claim as a fraud claim and they advised me to follow-up in 5-10 business days. With no update to the claim, no re-opening as of XX/XX/2022 I am filing this claim in hopes of a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX shirts for {$230.00} at Macy 's in XXXX, MA. The computer malfunctioned during the transaction and they moved me to another computer and checked me out. I used {$10.00} Macy 's money on the final transaction bringing the price to {$220.00}. When I got my credit card statement I saw {$450.00} on it. I disputed the transaction but they denied it because the amounts were not the same, despite me explaining the reason for the difference and the proof being in the receipts. They also confirmed on the initial phone call that the bar codes matched exactly. The disputes department did not do their due diligence when researching this issue and I am stuck with a {$230.00} bill for a product I didn't buy.

Consumer Complaint: Opened a sears account in XXXX of XXXX, I paid and made all payments on time in XXXX of XXXX sears reported that I made a payment 30 days late AFTER the due date which is false, the months before I made 2 payments for a total of {$150.00} dollars in XXXX, an made another payment in XXXX for {$50.00}, after my efforts to try an dispute it from XXXX failed cause sears said that the information is accurate, my account which showed what was paid was disabled/removed and sears reason for deleting my account that PROVES I made the payment was that it was supposed to be deleted because we CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT for inactivity, I still have the receipt that sears sent me before closing the account because i saved it, an I would like this to be resolved, since this is the only DEROGATORY mark on my credit

My card shows a XXXX balance - but because I made more than one payment against the card during the billing period, and the balance was paid in its entirety, my card has been blocked until the card issuer verifies with my bank that my payment is good. This despite the fact that the transaction cleared my bank approximately one week ago.

I just paid off all my credit cards except 1, so why would I try for more, plus I don't work anymore to support payments for them so why would I try to get them. I already talked to the one that isn't XXXX XXXX XXXX because I got a paper in the mail wanting more info about it and told them it is fraud. So I would like these looked into, and closed and taken off my credit report.
