The payment then became missing after I contacted XXXX XXXX where they verified the payment was sent to American Express and rejected based on the BT document. I opened a dispute with American Express and sent the documents that provided the information they were requesting but closed the dispute after a few days asking for the same information that I had provided without attempting to inquire about the missing payment sent to them. I have been going back and forth between XXXX XXXX and American Express and no one is able to help me figure out how to find this electronic payment.

My complaint is that the law off unlawful filed a judgment against me in Supreme XXXX XXXX of XXXX .the index number is XXXX Their trying to sue me for a credit card account thats not mine the company is American express it has a balance of XXXX dollars the debt is 15 years old. America express search under my social security number XXXX and no information was found and they told me disregard the debt and they will let the attorney know they have wrong person. I made a complaint before against attorney XXXX XXXX and crane for harassing me and my family back in 2018 with consumer protection bureau. Things were quite when you contacted him .then 2 years later as of today XX/XX/XXXX he has a third party serve me a summons to appear in Supreme Court like if I'm a criminal defendant and credit card debt is handled in civil court not Supreme Court XXXX He's been using abuse tactics also doing soft pulls by checking my credit history and trying to dig up dirt on me and claiming that I owe America express money I stated before I have a common name. But he's still harassing me. My kids and wife were terrified when I got this summons to appear in court. He trying to get me arrested for a credit card bill that owe to America express that if I don't pay this bill. Which he's doing is illegal.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ XXXX XXXX : AMERICAN EXPRESS Accounts # XXXX I am writing you to inform you that under the F.C.R.A Law American Express failed to notify me at least 5 business days before they reported negative items/late payments on my credit reports for the dates of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. By F.C.R.A law whenever a creditor decides to put a negative account on your credit report they have to notify you at least 5 business days before and they failed to do so. American Express failed to follow the F.C.R.A regulations on when they are reporting negative items on my credit report. They have to be compliant, accurate and specific at all times when they decide to put any negative accounts on my credit reports. Under the F.C.R.A Law they failed to provide these notices to me. A failure to notify is a failure to report accurately and also a failure to comply. Because they failed to notify me, it is an obligation to remove these items, its not a dispute in this, its a fact under the F.C.R.A Law and these negative items/ late payments must be removed. Also under the F.C.B.A they failed to provide me with an accurate and up to date balance the months they reported these negative items. How do I make sure that the balance wasnt modified or misrepresented at that time causing these accounts to be late?? In reference to this I would like to see up to date balances from those specific months and how it was justified to be late. How can I be sure that my account was late at those times or if this was a calculations error? I dont have the details, so Im asking for whatever evidence or documentation that they have under compliance!! these negative items/ late payments must be deleted.

The Operator recommended The American Express XX/XX/XXXX Card. I applied and was approvedinstantly for the new card. That same night I used the new card to make a purchase with it connected to my XXXX account for {$500.00}. From what I understand there was a sign up promotional bonus of I think {$200.00}, available for this card if I spent {$1000.00} with it. In the next month or so I did use the card and I believe I spent over {$1000.00}. Later I learned that American Express would not be making this promotional bonus available to me. I signed up for the card to use the card in general as any one would.When I inquired about the promotion, I was not given a reason for it not being made available to me.Many times in the past when I have talked to American Express operators I have been offered sign up promotions to upgrade cards. Sometimes with a hard sell. OccasionallyI accept, but mostly I don't take the operators up on their offers.I feel misledand defrauded by American Express, I don'tunderstand their reasoning. I still am getting sign up bonus offers from American Express on my accounts. I feel American Express defraudedme.

I am proving my SSN for American Express to pull my record to make necessary correction with my credit account. Our XXXX has gone through a fraudulent experience in Hawaii in 2017. All our investment, our records, documents were fraudulently possessed by group of people. This is when we were advised to close all credit accounts immediately. We have taken necessary legal actions against these activities. The legal actions are in the process. This had brought us financial hardship. We are trying to be clean up the mess and inaccurate information that is hurting the credit and unable for me to obtained necessary loan.
