Consumer Complaint: For XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, I paid the minimum payment that was stated on my Billing but was told that I was 30 days late because I didn't pay my full payment amount. Previously I had paid way more than my payment amount so when the statement came for the listed months, it showed a reduced amount which I paid the reduced amount listed on my Statement. I explained this to customer service but they still would not remove the 30 day late charges that were put on my credit report. For XX/XX/XXXX, I have received a 30 day late to my credit report. I made my payment on time and also paid more than my payment amount for XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Company ( Ally Financial ) calls from various numbers using spoofing techniques to emulate numbers I have saved as personal contacts Company calls from BLOCKED phone numbers and does not leave message informing me what they are calling about XX/XX/18 I have been in contact with company to make payment arrangements due to a recent new job. Informed them of when my paycheck would be so I can make payment next day. They indicated they would notate my account and hold off on late fees. XX/XX/18 Company called from BLOCKED number, did not leave message XX/XX/2018 Company repossessed car between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, did not leave notice of repossession or company. I thought car was stolen. Called police to create police report. Called auto loan to inform them of theft and thats when they informed me of repossession. Added {$400.00} repossession fee as well as {$200.00} " re-key '' fee even though car has been in their possession less than 8 hours. Escalated problem to manager and he was abusive, vague and incorrect on the facts of my issue.

Ally Financial continued to report this loan/account as late payment/missed payment to the three major credit bureaus and has since caused major decreases in my credit score. Ally Financial provides documentation stating that the loan was not in my name at the time they were incorrectly reporting it as late.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to purchase a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CO. back in XX/XX/XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I traded in a vehicle fro the new purchase that was financed through ALLY Financial. My approval for the new purchase was Ally as well. End of XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to make my new and first vehicle payment with Ally and I was told no record of my new vehicle was in their system. I was told I needed to make my old vehicle payment ( trade-in ) now that it was late. I explained to Ally that the vehicle was traded-in and that they needed to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. The new year XX/XX/XXXX came in and I still was unable to make a payment. I contacted and visited the dealership in person and was told I am unable to get financing for my new purchase. I explained to them, of course I can't, because you ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) never submitted my payoff for the trade-in and now no one will finance me for active late payments. I entered a Civil litigation, submitted a complaint with the Auto Industry Division ( DOR ). I was granted in favor for the litigation. I myself, my attorney, and XXXX XXXX XXXX submitted disputes to Ally Financial as well as all three credit bureaus explaining the circumstances. No to fast forward, I obtained my original car back that was traded in and paid it off. Ally is still reporting the late payments due to this incident on all three credit bureaus.

I notice today XX/XX/XXXX when going online to make payment they only showing I paid 12 payments. I have made 16 payment. I do agree I had 3 extension and a due date change however my payment count still should reflect 16 payments. I tried to address this with them and they ( Ally Financial ) said if they correct this would mess my payment up like its my fault. That 4 of my payments went towards finance charge instead of finance, principal, interest which would also advance my payment count on my loan.

XX/XX/XXXX My wife notices funds have been removed from Ally Bank and calls Ally service number. Representative states we should follow up with check issuer as the funds were removed by request. After back and forth with check writer, they state they did not receive the funds from Ally and tell us they do not have the funds. XX/XX/XXXX My wife contacts Ally and representative states we may be victim of ID fraud and that a claim has been opened. Since that time we have not been able to speak with the Loss Prevention Unit of Ally Bank and they refuse to return our calls.
